Blue crabs were amazing! First time trying and will 100% be back. Filled with meat and the garlic butter was so good!

The food is always amazing however the customer service is just not there which deters me every time from going there unless I'm in a time crunch and don't want to travel into St Pete for crabs and seafood plates. It's not a sit down restaurant but that doesn't matter to me as I like to enjoy my seafood in the comfort of my home. I get it's a family owned business but family isn't always good for business.

What a complete disaster. This is for their Food truck, not physical location.3 things important about serving from a food truck; it has to be fast, easy to eat and great food.The completely forgot about the first 2.Long line so figured it's probably good and looking at reviews thought it would be worth the wait.45 minutes wait in line. They were completely overwhelmed and lady who took my order (BTW, I'm a very heterosexual man, but there are a lot of kids around and if you're going to lean forward to take orders, how about wearing a shirt that doesn't let me see down to your belly button and all the things you stuff in your bra, such as lighters, etc.) got very snappy with everyone.As you can see from video I posted where I asked people how long they had been waiting, it was over 2 HOURS for most.At that point, all of us should have had our food refunded or at least some type of discount, but nope. Never offered.After an hour, when I went and asked the woman who took my order how long it would take, she said "in a while. I don't know. We're busy". Guess what. That's your JOB to know.They never gave anyone a receipt, just asked us to give them our names, and when we would ask how long it would be, they asked for our name and then asked what we ordered. Seriously? IT SHOULD BE ON THE TICKET WITH THE NAME I JUST GAVE YOU!!!FYI, I gave them the name "YO" to make it easy to remember but apparently, it was too difficult.There were over 30 people waiting and the crowd was getting angry!!!Finally, another woman showed up that got things moving. Whoever you are in the red shirt, thank you! I think we'd still be waiting if it wasn't for you. You should have been there an hour before then.Now the food. Remember the easy to eat part?Obviously it's a food truck, so no crab pliers given. The other food truck actually cracked them before serving them so people could just peel them open.Nothing done here so it was impossible to eat (big crab legs were easier but still not ideal).Had to take them home to eat which defeats the purpose of a food truck.The blue crabs had almost no meat in them. Complete waste of money.The crab legs were actually big and at least tasted good which is why it's 2 stars and not one.Based on the service alone and lack of care to try to make things right with customers, I'm leery to even go to their physical location.Too much competition around to not take care of customers the way they should.Very disappointing and had such high hopes.

Baby let me tell you. Despite the lack of service and not being able to sit inside was a downer for me. As I can't see a health food score from outside but the taste of the sauce and crabs quickly made up for it. Garlic sauce 10/10 It was simple not too salty and flavorful! Blue crabs 9/10I only scored it 7 because they don't give you an option to pick large or small crabs and they were VERY small. But I ate every last one!Corn 10/10Fresh not frozen Sausage 10/10Not that cheap dollar store sausage . Close to Nola style Neck bone 10/10Omg the best smoked neck bone I ever had in my life! Shrimp 8/10It was ok. I prefer head on with my boil. Still very good.Fruit punch 10/10taste like my childhood lol Overall I highly recommend. I'm surprised they didn't have cars wrapped around this establishment. Give the option for large or jumbo crabs and this place will sell out! Whenever I'm in Tampa this will be my first stop!

If you like snow, crab, shrimp and garlic butter, and this is the place for you. Right now they only do takeout at their Largo location or their Food Truck at various local events.The first time we found them was at the Safety Harbor Arts and Wine festival. We ordered the snow crab cluster and shrimp. They give you a choice of Grant's (should be famous) garlic "Stutta Butta" It's probably called that because it is such delicious butter that it will make you stutter. And they give you a choice of regular or spicy.I must caution you that you'll probably need one of those plastic bibs and about 20 napkins and even then it's still very messy. But it is so worth it!The snow, crabs and shrimp were drenched in that spicy garlic butter sauce. As were yummy boiled potatoes, and corn. Everything was so good.There, Clearwater, brick, and mortar location. It's only take away. Nice family owned business and delicious food.

I rarely leave reviews but since I left a praise report years ago on how delicious the food is, I now must leave a review on how poorly their customer service is. From day one they have always had terrible customer service and I've ALWAYS over liked it because the food is amazing however I cannot continue to be mistreated and made to feel as if I'm an inconvenience for patronizing their business. The husband and daughter is both ignorant and illiterate with no sense of business intelligence. I made it perfectly clear that I was placing two separate orders and that I would like everything bagged separately once I get to the restaurant they charge my card for the whole order which came up to $177 even after I made it perfectly clear that it was two separate orders. I proceeded to ask for a receipt with the breakdown of the two separate orders, they refused and instead brought me a menu and told me to calculate it myself. The husband wanted to argue with me and continuously repeat what I specifically said when placing my order as if I wasn't aware of my request. I even found myself pleading with the husband telling him I did not want to argue and if it was such an inconvenience I could even simply take a picture of the handwritten tickets that have the totals at the bottom, again he refused. I'm not really sure why or what was the purpose in him refusing me a breakdown of the orders when I made it clear that the orders were for multiple people and I just wanted to make sure that I got my money back. Needless to say I never received what I asked for and will never support their business again.

This place need both of your hands to work the food. Not work for food :). We happen to pass by and try this place. It is a crab place. Many have come to here get take out. For a crab place, you need time and patience for little meat. But I like it. There is not many table in the restaurant. As a result their take out is popular. We got two snow crabs and 5 shrimp with garlic sauce. They do give a little more leg for us. The sauce really get inside the meat. Very juicy. The shrimp is fresh and easy peeling. It accompanied with potatoes and corn. The snow crab leg long enough and good chamber meat. We do not need to wait long. Food is at the high range but worth the money.

The broccoli is the bomb. The potato I can pass on, the seafood was regular. The customer service could be better, like and smile or thanks for coming.

Food is great , kid taken payment not so friendly, it might hurt her to smile or be friendly

I placed my call-in order for Big Blue Crabs, (2) orders of 6 Blue Crabs w/Old Bay only.I received 12 TINY Blue Crabs; TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. The Baby Blue Crabs should have been released back into the Water.This company should feel/be embarrassed for selling TINY Crabs to the unaware Customers.My Receipt Shows: 1 Blue Crabs $20.99 1 Blue Crabs $20.99 $41.98Credit Card Surchage $1.35 Tax $46.27For TINY Baby Blue CrabsI DO NOT recommend Grants Seafood.I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS CHARGE.
