Wish I'd taken pictures, food was fresh and tasted homemade. They were very busy, I'm sure Sunday mornings are always crazy but the service was great and food came out quickly. Felt like going to eat at a grandma's house, just like the name implies. Got the bananas foster French toast, wow! Also, my dining companion got the meatloaf and loved it.

A couple at our church, great friends, had recently been married and were moving to Texas. We invited them to lunch and they suggested Grandma Sally's, a favorite of theirs in the area. We arrived via GPS and several areas of road under construction. There was a free parking lot shared by several businesses, but it was an unusual layout so we had to drive through once to get a spot.Very homey, country sort of place, which was expected. The new bride was there but her hubby had been called into work. We looked over the menu. The newlywed picked the Mediterranean Chopped Steak with a side of Chicken Rice soup. My wife selected the same with a Side Salad. I went for the Country Fried Steak with a side of Split Pea soup. The girls enjoyed their steaks very much. My Split Pea soup was wonderful, creamy and spiced perfectly. However, my Country Fried Steak was just ok. Not the worst I've had but not the best either. There are many more dishes our friend recommended that are very tasty. Good service, good food. Try it for yourself.

My friend Beth turned me onto Grandma Sally's. I'm so glad she did. What a wonderful restaurant. I had roast pork and stuffing and mashed potatoes and carrots. My appetizer was the best chicken noodle soup I've had in a very long time. Everything was piping hot and tasted so good especially the chicken noodle soup. I thought to myself this must be a Greek owned restaurant. My hunch was correct it is. Demetri the owner came over and I spoke what little Greek I know and he laughed because what I said was please feed me I'm hungry in Greek lol. It elicited laughter from him. he has a gem here in this restaurant. He speaks five languages, including Spanish like I do. As I was leaving and finished my dinner and paid my very nice waitress, I noticed some other dinners and all of them were huge portions at a reasonable price. If you haven't been here, then you're missing out. I'm posting a picture of the table next to me where this lady was having a taco bowl. It was huge. Come on over and try this place!! There were a lot of senior citizens here and that's always a good sign.

Been here 3 times now over a couple years and have enjoyed it every time! Service was fantastic... quick food and always on top of coffee refills. They happily added pecans to my pancakes, sunny eggs were done perfectly and sausage was delicious. Mom said the gravy was on point and actually had good amount of sausage and flavor. Quaint, cozy, old family restaurant style interior. Super clean bathrooms. Maybe could do without the over abundance of hand sanitizer everywhere, but at least it's available for those who do want it. Lovely place overall and we will definitely be back. Perfect place to pair with a sunrise walk downtown. :)

After years of trying different diners around town I stumbled upon this place. Nice little diner with friendly service and a large typical menu. Supplemented by a bunch of specials on a white board. I had the best hot beef sandwich I've had in years. Large portion of beef on bread smothered in plenty of gravy. Accompanied by a nice scoop of mashed potatoes and steamed baby carrots. Can't wait to go back and try the pot roast.

Love, love, love Grandma Sally's. The server friendliness, service & food is always excellent. Service is fast and efficient, the price and selection of food is well worth trying it. The atmosphere is that of a nice, friendly hometown restaurant. We've been there many times for breakfast over the last 2 years and have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seated. We haven't been there for dinner yet but have been told their Prime Rib is very good. Looking forward to dinner there sometime soon. Most times our server is Gio who is very pleasant & attentive to his assigned tables/customers needs.
