I met a friend here to catch up and we both ordered acai bowls which was refreshing. We were the only customer when we arrived but the service was very slow. Good thing we weren't in any hurry. We wanted a location thay we could sit chat and not be bothered by wait staff. We notice a casual flow of people mostly regualars during our two hour visit. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was nice.

LOVE Grain and Berry! Ever since Rico's Acai truck closed down, G&B is my go-to spot for acai bowls. GET THEIR APP! Lots of rewards for frequent bowl eaters. I most recently tried the pitaya base in my bowl (I usually just get the acai base) and it was so good! I almost always get my bowl to-go (placed ahead of time through the app) and they always have it ready, right on time as quoted, for me to pick up. They also layer the bowl in a more travel friendly way, drizzling the peanut butter or nutella below the fruit so that it doesn't get stuck to the lid. They are a bit pricey - between 10 and 13 for a fruit bowl, but it's worth every penny to me!

Was enough to slightly fill that acai craving.They provide a ton of fruit/toppings and barely any acai as the base. The workers also kept complaining about different orders they were getting such as "Who gets this many ginger shots?" or "I hate making this" and so forth. I initially wanted a yogurt bowl that they had but they were also down talking it so I didn't unfortunately. Overall, there's better places than this location. Something about it was missing, either the lack of good welcoming energy or the lack of taste in the acai.

I love grain and berry for a nice healthy breakfast and I'm so glad this location has opened in the front of our development! The staff was quite helpful and answered all my wife's questions. The location has a very nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. We will be frequenting this location.

The ingredients are good. I ordered a flatbread for takeout it came in a round tin pan with the pieces all stacked on one another and was a soggy mess

This place is amazing. The açaí is the best I've ever had. Love the vibe and cool interior. Even got a mimosa with my breakfast! #southerncharm

Great customer service and yummy smoothies. Took my kids and they loved the shakes. My little one dropped hers all over the floor. The workers cleaned it up right away and offered to remake it. Will definitely be back. #GrainandberryNewtampa #buzzybooth

First time for me here. Wow I love it! Hubby had pick 2 green monster and live life on the veg. Soo good. I tried the grain and berry açaí bowl. On the recommendation of the chef. So glad I did I could eat one of those every day of my life. Cute place and the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen

The Acai was amazing, everything I've tried has been great. Aside from the customer service. I've now been there three different times and every time I go the young ladies that work there are completely rude. They do not great you , they don't say thank you or your welcome. They stare at you until you're ready to order. They have no customer service. I thought maybe they were tired and it was close to end of day so it wasn't a big deal but on two different occasions both earlier in afternoon I've stopped by and I still get the same exact service.

Watch out for bugs in your food! I brought home the relax eat repeat bowl for dinner and when I was about to open the container to eat it a bug crawled right across the toppings. I immediately called the restaurant. The employee who spoke with me took my name and number for the manager to call me back. I have yet to hear from the manager.
