Best Cuban shop in Tampa and it's not even CLOSE! The days that we can come make it difficult but more worth it once you get your hands on it.

My favorite Cuban sandwich shop in Tampa. I add onions to mine it's is delicious and worth the wait. Fresh ingredients made to order.

The smell while waiting in the line is insatiable. It's a small family owned shop I remember my grandmother visiting a few times a month. It's a community staple kinda place. The kind of flavor that sticks with you but unfortunately not anymore. The Cubans are way over priced compared to competitors in the area and lack of freshness. I asked for 2 devil crabs and instead got 2 crab pies. The crab pies were grotesquely disappointing and even worse when accompanied by the hot sauce provided. It tastes as if an ingredient or two is missing and is not the same recipe I grew to know.

Absolutely the best sandwich shop in Florida. Trust me, I've been to a ton of them. They are extremely simple. Cuban sandwiches, turkey, empanadas, stuffed potatoes, sweet potato pie. Drinks.. That's it. Cash only. They are what a real Cuban should taste like. Only open Monday - Friday during lunch. Very clean

I come here strictly for the crab pies, which are not deviled crabs. Deviled crabs I have gotten have always been breaded and fried I think these are baked (and definitely not breaded). They only make a few a day and they go fast. Cash only, no seating, long lines. Worth it for the crab pies though!

Nice place run by two of the nicest ladies ever. I used to come here a lot for a cuban or turkey sandwich years ago. Their sandwiches were a lot better then and the prices were a fifth of what they are now. But unfortunately they had to bump up their prices which isn't that big a deal. The real problem is the quality of their ingredients is not what it used to be. Sandwiches aside, I can still recommend their delicious devil crabs, and the mini sweet potato pies are to die for.

They are good first time I ever had them today I haven't had a real devil crab in years meaning a devil crab with real meat no imitation crab meat like most of these restaurants out here reminds me of homemade and the Cubans and are so good for years I've drove past and seen lines of people outside and always wanted to try them out to see why people are always lined up but now that I have finally trued them out I'm kicking myself that I waited all the way until now to give them a try if you are in Tampa to visit or even stay here then if you haven't already this is a must stop no questions asked
