Fujiyama

This place is delicious! We've been coming here for years. The sushi is wonderful. They have a full bar. The hibachi is always so good! I get the filet cooked rare. The staff is friendly and attentive. The price can't be beat, other hibachi places are twice as much. If we go on a Friday or Saturday and there is a wait we just sit at the bar and order a cocktail. Definitely recommend for hibachi and sushi.

It's really nothing special and we have no reason to return. We sat at a Hibachi and the show is the same as every other Hibachi, which was sort of expected. The food was insanely salty but edible. We were all massively thirsty later in the evening and the following day.

Great experience for my birthday dinner, food, ambiance, and service. It's always good to spend your birthday with loved ones, and this was the first time coming to Fujiyama. The chef and staff were humorous, and we had an enjoyable time. The food was tender and seasoned right. I had the shrimp and salmon with lobster added. Delicious and filling with the avocado salad. The ginger salad came with shrimp and salmon combo, which also included the fried rice. Talk about margaritas that's strong and taste very good. I only had one, and that was more than enough for me. They brought a little bday out for me, which I appreciated kindly. Overall, it was a great experience and a lot of fun. Thank you, Fujiyama.

I was here for a seminar. This restaurant is very clean, that's the first thing I noticed. Then the chef came in, and all hell broke loose. LMAO. We had a blast as he was squirting Sake in our mouths. He caught the grill on fire and later caught some onions on fire. It was a lot of fun. He was doing a lot of acrobatics with his utensils, and amazingly none of them flew out of his hands. He cooked up our dinner, and it was so delicious. I had the scallops and steak, and it was done to perfection. Listen, if you want to have a great time with friends or family or both, come here, I guarantee you will!!

Fujiyama is always a good time. Food is consistent with large portions. Typical hibachi fair, service is always spotty, but if you go to enough hibachi places you know they are all that way. It's all about the cook and the food, not necessarily the service. Haven't tried the sushi but lots of other people get it when I'm there.

We have been to this location a couple of times. It's always cleaned and busy but we have never had to wait too long. Service is fast and friendly. We always do the hibachi and have found this is our favorite. The chefs putting on the show are the most interactive and the food always comes out delicious! We never have a complaint when we come here.

Awful. Tables in horrible shape.It was uncomfortably warm. We had to ask for everything. Not a good experience. Food was not delicious. We will not be back.

Very good service and the staff is wonderful! The food,cooked in front of you, is a wonderful treat! The chefs put on a very nice show, and the food is plentiful! The 4 of us had a wonderful meal here

I just moved to the area & came for dinner at Fujiyama as part of a seminar. I had a nice time at the Hibachi. Our server was entertaining but hard to understand as it was loud in the room. The server asked if anyone was a squirt of Saki in their mouth. I declined after I watched another customer at the table put his mouth on the bottle & suckle it. Then the server asked others to drink from the same bottle which another customer did & put his mouth on it. EW!!! The meal I selected was Hibachi Special Emperor's Entree Twin Lobster Tails. Salad, soup, fried rice, 2 shrimp & vegetables were included. The salad was small and fresh. The dressing was ample and had a nice flavor. The soup looked nice & had a nice amount of mushrooms but lacked flavor. Any hint of flavor came when I bit into a slice of green onion. The fried rice & vegetables were cooked perfectly & were delicious. The twin lobster tails were diced up & placed on my plate. I was happy with their flavor and quantity, but. unfortunately they were tough to chew. I don't think I'll be back.
