Fuji Hibachi Express

Love eating here! The filet is cooked perfectly and the veggies are fresh and cooked the way I like them. We rarely have to wait for a table. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.

You know when you REALLY want to love something but just don't love it, that was my experience at Fuji Hibachi. The bubble tea is in a can with a straw, not the bubble tea I was expecting. I got 2 rolls - both a bit bland and not great fish to sushi ratio imo, missing the meat mostly. The rolls were pretty small and not on price point with others. Usually, smaller rolls are 9.99 a piece in the area and these were 14.95 eachDragon Roll- okay roll but better out of the twoAngel Hair Roll- it wasn't that great as not much shrimp is inside unless it's the endsWell, it wasn't bad food, it wasn't great food. I'm really disappointed in the bubble tea being canned. Hate to say this but I get better tasting sushi rolls at Publix.

Honestly we went here because it was recommended a bunch from others. The cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful however the sushi is very lackluster. First the rolls are cut into six which makes the pieces gigantic. We ended up cutting each piece into two for a much more manageable bite. We ordered the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, tuna, two shrimp tempura rolls, and a special roll. The spicy rolls were very bland. They had almost no flavor and a ton of "crunchies" in them as filler. You couldn't taste the salmon or tuna at all. All of the rolls were lacking a good rice to fish ratio. It just wasn't a great experience. I won't back here for sushi.

I love their Sweet Potato Roll, I always add cream cheese and it's amazing! It's always hot/warm and tastes fresh. I'm not a fan of the fried rice or noodles because I don't like the mushrooms they use in it, it makes the whole dish taste like mushrooms but that's just my dislike of the mushrooms. The sushi here is always good when I get it. Def recommend the sweet potato roll.

We chose to order from here as a second try. The first was a year ago and we thought maybe it was just an off day. Tonight I threw out $50 worth of food. Literally, tried ev thing and not one thing didn't get thrown out. I ordered online (shown in photo) and tried two of their speciality rolls and two standard rolls. An order of chicken fried rice and spring rolls. The sushi was HORRIBLE. The sushi rolls were falling apart and completely mushy. They all tasted the same. Gross and "Off". (Sushi lovers know what I mean...when it's wrong it wrong but when it's nasty you hate that you ate it. ) The chicken fried was so over cooked that the chicken was the texture of "jerky". Our dog got all the chicken. The rice had hard pieces. So it clearly wasn't made recently. It was like they threw some old cooked rice and chicken in a wok for a minute. The service was fine. Young girl. No one else greeted me as I walked in. The order was correctly bagged up. The place looks cute but I will never be going back. My husband and I both feel sick and hungry at the same time. This was the second chance and it was worse than the first time we had sushi and the hibachi meal. Zero stars won't go back

This is my favorite sushi spot in town. They offer a large selection of sushi that is always fresh and decently priced. my favorite is the Sweetheart roll but you can never go wrong with your Japanese noodles. Service is always friendly and finally their dining room is open after the pandemic it took them a while to get it going. This place always smells really clean and offers a relaxed atmosphere.

Good not great. We got take out, the inside was little to be desired. Could use a good cleaning in dinning room.

Super rude desk lady. Something went wrong with the order and she didn't even try to help me fix it. She gave me attitude.

Chicken fried rice pretty delicious. I did a pick up order and it's so cute inside the restaurant. Nice staff from what I saw, also the hibachi pick two with chicken steak and rice instead of veggies was also good.
