Friday Morning Musicale & Federated Clubs

This is a cool Concert Hall located in Hyde Park area. The students who take private music lessons usually play the recital here every month. It's a historical looking building.The wooden seat and the red curtain weren't fancy or modern. But they served the purpose of a good Concert Hall. I was there for a variety show. Some talented adults danced or sang. Both the performers and the audience had a good time. After the show they set up a lunch in the lobby area for more socializing time. This is a unique and nice performance art venue.

This is a hidden gem!I came to the Friday Morning Musicale to watch a friend's son perform in School of Rock. First of all - I never knew this place existed. It is a historically preserved theatre in the middle of Hyde Park. There is so much character to the theatre and they have done a nice job of keeping it historically accurate. The acoustics were amazing, as well. I'm really surprised that more events are not held here, but it is also nice that it is a bit of a hidden treasure!

Great facility for a small concert venue. Not enough bathrooms; but, that's not real significant. It's delightful being inside a "step- back -in -time" building. The history of this well kept venue is wonderful, especially for women!
