Frank's Pizza & Restaurant

Some restaurants are known only for certain dishes. Frank's had been known in this particular area for over a decade. Their pizzas constantly fly out the door for delivery and pickup, and there's a good reason-- it's just that freaking good! I don't normally order pizza because I'm so fixated on one measurement, but had the pleasure of deciding to order a personal 13 inch pizza tonight with black olives, mushrooms, and eggplant. I'm in pizza heaven. Crispy, flavorful, just the right amount of sauce and toppings.. Holy cow. An absolutelywonderful flavor experience! NOW, I have to choose between the eggplant, Parmesan, stuffed shells, and the personal pizza. Choices!

I love the New York style pizza quick delivery their other side pasta dishes are delicious. The garlic knots are so good.

This is a perfect example of how an uncaring employee can completely mess up an experience. We walk in at 8:20 on a Saturday (not even fully dark yet) and the waitress says order quick cause we close at 9 and the kitchen just leaves. WTF? We didn't walk In at 8:45 it's 40 minutes before closing time; should that even be mentioned? Strike one! We order our meals quick. Comes back with two cold pieces of bread with butter. Really cold bread In An Italian pizzeria? Just lazy. Strike Two! Then at 8:45 they start counting all the change in the registers and cleaning everything. So unprofessional... Strike 3!Why not just close at 7 and call it a day. Just found the service lacking by our lost waitress and no one in the whole place smiled. Not an inviting atmosphere as far as employees involved. Now on the good side: this place looks like a normal NY pizzeria which is a good thing. My Chicken Parm was excellent. Nice crispness and really good sauce on the pasta. My wife liked her Lentil Soup and the tortellini Nona was also so good and light. If it hadn't been for the service this would have easily been 4 or 5 stars. I'll go back and have pizza one day and see if I can add to my review or change it because the food was really good.

Diet coke - yeah! I found Franks by accident today. As a former pizza parlor manager for several years I am picky, but I started smiling right after entering this delightfully retro traditional pizza parlor. It feels like I stepped back into happy times. Garlic bread was tasty and crisp not all soggy, its obvious they have been doing this a long time. Yes yes yes :-) the pepperoni pizza from their brick oven - exactly as it should taste. Thank you for staying amazing like this!

Most amazing canzones, chicken dishes, and service! This is our favorite spot to come every time we're in the Tampa area!

I usually visit with my parents, who are semi-regulars at Frank's. On our last visit, in may, it was great. We had a large meat pizza, garlic knots and another pasta dish. Great portions and the food was really tasty. The garlic knots were almost the size of cinnamon rolls and could be a meal themselves. Enough leftovers to keep the parents busy for a couple of days. Service was a bit frenetic, seemed understaffed, but not terrible. Definitely will be back.

Delicious pizza every time! This is our favorite place in Dunedin to order from. We look forward to it every weekend. We pass up multiple pizza places to get to Franks. Even the staff is super friendly and always polite. If you're looking for fresh baked pizza for fair prices, try Franks!

$30 to deliver a pasta dinner to my mom.......whatttttttttttttt????????? I'ts a dinner of pasta what the whyyyyyyyy is this $30,.....its 50 cent pasta??????
