Ordered lunch through the door dash app and we decided on Frankie's Italian Deli. We often order breakfast from there and it's always good. I got the 12" Italian sausage sandwich and it was delicious. It had so much meat and veggies that I was only able to eat half. My wife ordered the 6" bodegas chopped sandwich and she also enjoyed hers. Hers was a pretty good size for a 6" and she was only able to take a few bites. Our food arrived pretty warm and I'm sure it's partly because of what they wrap the sandwich with. Try this place for breakfast or lunch, it's great.

Well maybe next time. This place is very popular and it shows but it is also hurting the location. Something's gotta change. The food was really good and fresh tasting. I got a Chicken Cesar wrap. Great flavor, chicken was cooked perfectly and chopped to good bite size pieces with some fresh lettuce. The down fall is the madness to ordering. Menus are by the register instead of the front door. So first time here has no idea what they could offer. We order 3 items and was literally told 45 mins for 3 sandwiches. They did correct it and said 15 mins. Much better. They were super busy so I get it but they need to spread out the different areas. Pizza and sandwiches should be one counter. Market and deli needs to be a separate counter and the sweets. Well let's just say most of the sweets were premade prepackaged ice cream full of food coloring. Some of the goods were made in house. At least it looked like it and tasted liked it.I did also get a cannoli. Wouldn't say it was super traditional but still very good. Little on the sweeter side of other cannoli but worth a try.The place itself is a mix of deli and market. But very small location makes it limited on stand room/ sitting room. Over all good place but might be time to move to larger location where you can spread out the company.

Pros:-Spinach pin wheel was fresh and flavorful-The large sub was bigger than 12 inches (the kids loved it)-Cute area with seating options too-Very large menu-Cashier was friendlyCons:-Cannoli was way too sweet and missing that ricotta cheese flavoring-line was crazy and they just seemed a bit disorganized, their deli and pizza and ice cream/dessert areas really need separated plus they only had one register (it was just too chaotic for the worth)-So much food coloring! Yikes! I really would like to see more drinks offered without food coloring (i.e. vitamin water or body armor), I did not ask about the ice cream and desserts but there were a lot of colors (really would like to see more natural options)-no menus on walls, paper/plastic ones were stacked in odd places (not convenient or easy to find)Overall, it was an okay experience. I would like to come back and try more when less hectic.

If you're looking for a classic deli experience with outstanding food, look no further than Frankie's Deli in Riverview! We tried the 5 Points Gang, and it exceeded all expectations. The sandwich was piled high with flavorful meat that was as fresh as it was delicious. We also ordered the Long Island (Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Roll) but substituted Turkey Bacon -- and wow, they didn't skimp on the bacon! Lastly, the Caesar Wrap was another hit, perfectly made and super satisfying. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a great deli -- lively with plenty of chatter, but not overly loud. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. This was hands down some of the best food we've had in a long time, and we'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend Frankie's Deli for anyone craving top-notch deli eats!

10/10 would recommend. Deli reminds me of the one that was on 301 and MLK back in the day. It is well lit inside and clean. The service is friendly I would say "mom and pop feel". I love having the option to buy a slice, grab a sub, or get something from the deli.

Come yesterday for vacation,it's was pretty late and found this place in too good to go. Was pretty big amount food,5 slices pizza, and 2 donuts. But I didn't understand why in Italian grocery was donuts, especially not tasty at all just sugar. Pizza was not bad. Atmosphere not bad,but no menu, what is price especially for treats not understanding. Staff was not happy when we come,it's left 2 minutes for pick up order she say need waiting and then or fought for us or ignored.

Stopped in on our way out of town early on Sunday morning... Pretty quick service, got the bagel fully loaded with heaps of cream cheese, sliced red onions, tomatoes and capers. Excellent sandwich with real traditional boiled bagels. A huge selection of fresh pastries, ice cream and counter full of traditional deli meat & cheese offerings. They also have a nice selection pre made salads such as; Octopus salad, seafood salad, tomatoe & cucumber salad, antipasto etc..

I checked out Frankie's Italian Deli and must say it's not bad but also not amazing. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of the Italian bread. It was so hard to bite into to the point my jaw started hurting or maybe I just have a sensitive jaw? Loll. But everything else was delicious. You must order the Fat Boy sandwich and you get the option to make it sweet or spicy and I picked spicy. What I ordered:- Fat Boy: (spicy) prosciutto, capocollo, soppressata, salami, pepperoni, mortadella, fresh mozzarella, arugula, roasted peppers, balsamic glaze- Figgy Piggy: prosciutto, burrata, arugula, balsamic glaze, fig spread- Joe's Chip: Toasted onion and sea salt

Best gluten free sandwich ever! Also GF cannolis!!!! I never thought I'd have one again and it exceeded everything I kept having to check to make sure it was really gluten free. This place is a must try even if you have celiac, they're very knowledgeable and have a separate prep area I was told!
