Fortunatos Pizza Station

I loved this place for their pizza so though tI'd try their pasta. Ordered pasta marinara with riccoti and provolone. I got stained fettucini with nothing. Driest pasta I have ever seen served! It was like they put it out to dry last week. No sauce, no cheese of any kind. Upon a dissapointing home review I call the restaurant and was told 'I didn't make your order. It was the boss and he's gone" No I'm sorry, no let me get your number and have the boss call you, just a quick click. This is customer service??? Stay FAR, FAR away from this place! Go to Gianni's (nearby) if you want REAL Italian!!!!

I get to my car and one of my slices was fine and the other had 2/3 of crust. I go into to get it fixed and they take the box with both slices. When they give me a new box I only received one slice. So I ended up having to wait 20 minutes for 2 slices of pre-made pizza. The staff was unapologetic and offered nothing for the inconvenience, there were three of them and the shop wasn't busy. You need to treat your customers better. Also some of the staff were eating at the counter visible to customers a huge no-no at any restaurant I've worked at. Shame the pizza is decent but what an awful experience.

Would not order from here again. Pizza tastes like baby pudding on top of bread. Would've rather ordered from dominos

This is supposed to be chicken parm but the worst ever! Maybe 8 small pieces of chopped chicken and very little sauce. Never order this again. I've had their pizza before though and it's good.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering; So I ordered uber eats and saw a few places that looked pretty good and I decided Fortunato's because there was a bogo on the chicken parmesan dinners and I got a small cheese pizza, the pic showing the chick parm 'looked' pretty good 2 large chicken breast on a bed of cheese,sauce, and spaghetti; When my order arrived I see 2 tins of the chicken parm dinner's and a tiny pizza box (I had a bigger pizza box for lunch special's pizza slices at Gianni's and Little Italy) and so I opened the chick parm dinners and see like 5 small chicken slivers and a lot of spaghetti and cheese :-( (so much for the 2 large chicken breast as stated on there menu) it was like when you go to Publix and there having there bogo Perdue chicken slices by the hot dogs section (which now I'm starting to think that's where they got there chicken pieces) maybe a half a small chicken breast worth smh, and maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce, no salad and no bread :-(it was edible at best but not worth the price (they probably had 1 dinner and divided into two) and the small pizza was pretty good (4 small mini slices), they shouldn't show pictures of what they're trying to sale and give the consumer something completely different, never again.

Updating, used to love pizza here. Name has changed. Pizza has changed.The people there were super friendly. Ordered two large pizzas and when I opened the boxes the pizzas were more like the size of smalls in the big large boxes. The toppings are lacking I mean like one topping piece on each slice. The prices are very high for next to nothing thin pizzas with barely any toppings.

Locals Fortunatos is on Park Blvd and Starkey Rd nxt to waffle house...Pizza and garlic knots always on point!!! The steak flatbread is also !!!!

I ordered Uber eats while I was on a business trip to my hotel. Now, it's really hard to mess up pizza, I mean, you throw a frozen pizza in the oven and you have a decent pizza. This place, has made what I believe impossible, possible. I received the most disgusting pizza I have ever seen. It was like someone's kid in was in the kitchen making this pizza. I asked for cheddar cheese and prosciutto. I got slabs of American cheese. They also had BOGO on garlic rolls, which was cool, the rolls are really knots, and they were super dry, no flavor, overcooked. Either they were having a bad day or this place was just garbage. Either way, I would recommend avoiding this place.

Not worth the value for the cost they charge. The pictures of their food is nothing v like the product the put out.

I ordered an 18" pizza (pepperoni + bacon) from the Fortunato's on Park Blvd (not the one on Starkey). I got an 18" tomato and pepper pizza. I could not find a way to get a refund--Doordash has no way to get in touch with them. DD offered a $7.31 compensation good for another DD order, far from the +$20 I paid. I gave that pizza to a neighbor. I then re-ordered the original pizza from the restaurant. This time I got a square PAN pizza with only pepperoni. It was terrible--all bread, little cheese, marina and toppings. DD might have given me the wrong pizza the first time, but I doubt it would happen a second time. I will not frequent this restaurant again, nor will I use DD ever again.
