We loved the food, atmosphere, and service! My husband and I each had one of the specials. Fettuccine in mushroom sauce with filet tips and lobster ravioli in a pink cream sauce. Our server was wonderful, the whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great wine and fresh bread service with delicious fresh garlic and olive oil for dipping. We will definitely be rotating Forchetta in our monthly dinners out.

Tried out the new Forchetta restaurant, and let me tell you--it was a total gem!From the moment we walked in, the owner welcomed us with genuine warmth, and our server couldn't have been more attentive and friendly. The ambiance is fresh and charming; they've given the space a glow-up with a crisp new paint job and twinkling lights that make the place feel both cozy and polished.To kick things off, we ordered the calamari, which was simply perfect. The batter was light and delicate--crispy without being oily--and the squid was tender and fresh. A squeeze of lemon and a dip in the zesty marinara sauce took it to the next level.Next came the star of the show: lobster ravioli with shrimp, bathed in a velvety tomato cream sauce. Each bite was luxurious and packed with flavor. The pasta had that perfect al dente bite, while the lobster and shrimp melted in our mouths. It felt indulgent and well worth it.We couldn't resist tearing into the warm bread and herby dipping oil between bites--it was simple yet addictive.To finish off our meal, we treated ourselves to cream puffs drenched in a luscious chocolate mousse. What an incredibly wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the service and atmosphere were top notch. The owner, Emanuela, greeted us at the door with a bright smile and welcoming heart. As we were seated she told us a bit of their history as restauranteers and what makes their foods special. Their culinary experience shined through brightly. The staff went above and beyond to get everything exactly right, from spot on drink recommendation to the final succulent desserts and everything in between. Now to the food... Absolutely scrumptious in every way. I ordered the Fettuccine al Porcini. The pasta was so fresh, made in house daily. The mushroom and cream sauce was out of this world. The added truffle oil put it over the top! Che piatto fantastico! My wife had the Pollo Piccata with a side of pasta. She loved it to her last bite, with enough to take home for a midnight snack. The chicken was melt in your mouth tender and the piccata sauce was delectable. We polished off the evening with Cannoli for desert. We fought over who got the last morsel. Just the right amount of rich and creamy sweetness in a crunchy cinnamon dusted shell. This our go-to Italian eatery from this day forward. Five star service and food at a price that matches the value. Whether it's a special occasion or just a casual visit, this is THE place to go. Hands down the best and moat authentic Italian restaurant around. The food is fresh and you can tell made with love! The owners and servers are all amazing hands down the best service! Its is such a beautifully decorated restaurant and it is always packed so make reservations for sure! It is our only Italian restaurant we go to in Largo!

The food is excellent. I had lovely filet of red snapper in a wonderfully light white wine sauce, which came with cooked mixed vegetables. The vegetables and fish were cooked perfectly. My husband ordered lasagne which, which was served with a meat sauce. The portions were just right sized. I also ordered a half order of spaghetti pomodoro, mostly to taste their red sauce. Finally we shared a good sized piece of tiramisu. It too was lovely, though not the best I ever had. The ambience was similar to a restaurant in Italy, but noisier. Our waiter was on top of things and deserved a better than average tip.

There are no pictures because I ate it all before In thought to pull out my phone! Light, fresh, delicious food in a very unassuming restaurant. I had the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, filet mignon and white truffle sauce. It was great. My wife had the gnocchi sorrentino. The gnocchi were light and fluffy, the sauce was creamy tomato. I would recommend this place to anyone.

4 couples came in on a Saturday without reservations. They quickly put a table together and service was fast.Salmon was huge and cooked perfectly, the pizzas were thin crust, but loads of cheese and toppings. The best thing was they had gluten free penne and chicken Marsala. Cooked perfectly, Not dry due to lack of flour and the penne seemed homemade (I didn't ask) but I've been GF for years and this was the best pasta I've had.Hope they can do some gluten free bread or pizza in the future! Meanwhile, we will return.

What an amazing find! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner last night at Forchetta. The warm greeting from the owner Manuela at the front door to the fabulous service from Will. We loved everything about our experience, the food, the ambience and the service. The Arugala e Pomodorin salad was delightful with shaved Parmesan. We both inhaled the fresh crusty bread dipped in the garlic infused olive oil and then dipped in grated Parmesan cheese. It was so good! We both had the delectable Lasagne alla Bolognese. The gravy was delicious and fresh lasagne noodles made this a dish to return for. We finished our meal by sharing one of the best, if not the best, tiramisu for dessert. As for the one negative review, malarkey. This place is 5 stars all the way. We will be back!!!
