Used to come here alot when the first owners had it. I honestly thought it was closed many years ago. It had been bought by new owners; Flowers Food! After driving by so many times? I chose today to check it out! Looks the same from the outside but i noticed its smaller. Has new logo at the door. Same hours except it closes on holidays. Saw similar products n new ones. Now carrying more than Breads, doughnuts, snacks, Gelly or preserves, soup starters, drinks and even jerky. Nice little cooler in the corner with vegy and juice drinks. The mango carrot is nice. Bought breads n a giant bucket pf cheesy puff balls. The breads qnd sweets are in Bogo pricess. From 2x $3 up to 6 ish. The cheesy bucket was like $7. I bought more for the container, looks strong enough to make Kombucha when i eat the hell outa it lol The soup starter is freeze dried, made a phenomenal chunky chicken and vegetable soup. The sodium is very balance on the low sodium side. Great to buy a couple for storm season. U can feed 4 people no problem with one bag. They are about $4 a pop. I'd recommend buying a bucket and a humidity pouch and just store them in a cool dark place. They be great for camping also. If you're worried of bread spoiling on u? What we do is freeze the other pack while we use one. They last longer that way. Low key want to try the viability of liquor making with the preserves. I didn't see any yeast killing agents in the ingredients tab. Its very tasty n tarty. Comes with one of those jars that has a handle for some fun reusable purposes. Been making alot of mead and wine, perfect time to brew since we are at the muscadine season. Adding preserves to the must will add flavor to end result. What better time to have something to warm up your coming cold nights. Lol
