Excellent selection of soft ice, including chocolate and sugar-free chocolate. Way better than the other ice shopa near me (clydes) that went downhull fastbhere in Spring Hill. Just sayin

Let me start by saying I have NEVER been more dissatisfied with a product or the service I have received. We went in and were promptly greeted by two teenage girls that seemed annoyed I would dare walk into their establishment. I asked for two soft pretzels and one responded with "it will take ten minutes." I agreed and paid for them. I decided after I had paid I would get some water ice after walking around and checking out the flavors. Again I was met by short responses of annoyance. I ordered a small water ice with strawberry and mango, the strawberry was full of chunks of ice but the mango was smooth and creamy. Neither girl behind the counter offered me a second spoon although I said my husband and I were sharing and there were no napkins anywhere in the establishment nor was I offered any (I would have asked for some but they both ran into the back to sit on their folding chairs)From a sanitary stand point the floor was disgusting. My shoes were sticking to the floor and honestly looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while. When the pretzels were finished we walked out. Both pretzels were only partially baked. The salted pretzel was SOAKED in butter, mushy, and the center was ice cold. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was at least crispy on the outside but still cold on the inside.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

These flavors are so authentic. Italian rainbow cookie is a must try. Other favorites are pistachio and tiger blood.

I discovered this place a couple of weeks ago, thus far I've bought 5 quarts and have driven here from Inverness just for this. This stuff is awesome, very smooth, awesome depth of flavor!

We stopped in today to try their Italian ice. The portions were generous and the flavors were fantastic. My husband chose the type that has added cream, I chose the water based ice. His was Creamsicle and he loved the orange creamy flavor that tasted like push-ups when we were kids. I chose chocolate brownie. It was really nice dark chocolate with big hunks of fudgey brownie. The owner came out with a sample of red sangria ice (since we are well over 21!). It was the very best sangria I have had in a long time. It was so delicious, we bought a container to take home. Try this place. There is a generous offering of flavors and you certainly won't be disappointed.

Every flavor of ice I've tried here has been fabulous. The quality is way better than other Italian ice places- many ice flavors have chunks of delicious ingredients- like the rainbow cookie, banana cream pie and chocolate peanut butter! The price is very affordable as well!

So delicious! What a treat! Was visiting my mom and decided to stop in after a target run. A young man was on staff and helped me as soon as he was through with his current customer. Courteous service especially coming from a young person. Too often these days young people just don't care about their jobs. Besides that the selection of ices was great. Flavors I grew up on and new ones like rice pudding (which was surprisingly delicious)! It was cinnamon-y and creamy and even had grains of rice. I went back twice during my trip and each time it was great. Try the coconut, mango, pina colada and cherry. All refreshing and tasty on a hot day. BTW they don't do samples because people have taken advantage in the past but whatever you get will be great!

I dont mind paying for a pricey desert provided it is good. The cream ices were nothing to brag about and actually did not taste like the flavor they were called. Very disappointed, hoped these would be the ices we grew up on but unfortunately they were not even close

The BEST ice cream in Spring Hill. If you're in the area, and you have that sugar craving, definitely check this place out! Service is impeccable, ice cream is phenomenal, and there's a huge variety of flavors. The ambiance of the place makes you feel like you're eating ice cream at the beach, and who doesn't want that! Don't skip out on this one!!
