If I could leave 0 stars I wouldLet me start by saying there was maybe 4 people in the restaurant, so it should have been a warning, but we are new to the area so we decided to see about what the local Mexican food venue was like. The menu is EXTREMELY limited compared to what we are used to but decided to try the "Texas" fajitas. What was served to us was basically frozen beef strips that resemble turkey jerky (I can't lie, this is the same frozen beef we buy when we make Philly cheesesteaks at home) and chicken with shrimp over veggies. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR. The meat was so tough it was indigestible so I sent it back only to get our ticket WITH the fajitas still on it. After negotiating our discrepancies with the waitress we finally got the fajitas off of our ticket and paid the remainder of our tab. 1000/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Spend your money and time at an authentic Mexican restaurant that actually takes the time to cook and season their food.

We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately the food just wasn't there. For context we did a take away order but I don't believe that was the problem. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Food overall was dry spicy but not seasoned well and really disappointing. We tried the guacamole(Mexican) and cheese dip as starters. The guacamole had so many jalapeños but really no other seasoning (I added salt, garlic, cilantro plus another whole avocado and tomato just to make it edible). The cheese dip wouldn't stay warm and turned rock solid very quickly. Flavor was good but definitely don't recommend as a take out item. The street tacos were cilantro first and dry unseasoned chicken second. The corn tortillas were dry and rubbery. The taco salad was small, had great ingredient potential but again cilantro heavy and lacked any other flavor.

The chips and salsa were delicious!! The rest of the food was bland and not like a fajita I've had at any other Mexican restaurant. This was more like a stir fry with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots. I wanted to give them 3 stars but I really only enjoyed the chips and salsa. Well the atmosphere was nice and quiet so they deserve 2 1/2 stars. The waitress was very nice and accommodating!! I'd take her to the next restaurant if I could.

I stumbled upon this Mexican restaurant and decided to give it a try (I didn't know Aleida's had shut down). The menu is great. I had one of their combo meals. I chose Mexican rice, refried beans, a gordita with asada and a birria taco all for $11!! (That didn't include the cost of my beverage or dessert but I still thought $11 for all of that food was great)The food tasted good. The birria taco wasn't crispy/toasted nor did it have as much cheese as I'm used to but the flavor was DEFINITELY on point! The gordita and other items were all good as well and everything had flavor!I ordered a tres leches for dessert and that was the only thing that I didn't like but it wasn't a big deal. The cake is very grainy, almost like a cornbread texture instead of a soft spongy tres leches and the topping is like a thin layer of buttercream instead of the whipped cream topping.Other than that, the service was pleasant and I will definitely come back with family to try other things on the menu.

Wonderful spot in Brandon. Great prices and good portions! The carnitas are delicious and the Florida fajitas were awesome! Margaritas are huge and the happy hour runs til 9 on Fridays (BOGO!). Service was really great and quick. Perfect music selection and not too noisy. We'll definitely be back!

Don't call and ask any questions. The person who answered the phone was very rude and would not answer the questions I was asking. Our plan was to bring a large group for dinner tonight, but if just asking simple questions is a problem I can only imagine what it would be like going in.

Authentic Mexican food! The food was amazing it's so hard to find a good authentic Mexican spot. The birria tacos were so delicious! As well as the steak fajitas, I guess that's why it's in the name. The service was amazing as well, so friendly and inviting. Will definitely be my new spot!

Service was good, but it was just one young girl doing it all herself. The food was pretty subpar. Ambiance was what you'd expect from a Tex-mex Mexican restaurant. But the most atrocious part was the margaritas. They literally taste like Mountain Dew with a hint of tequila.
