I gotta give this spot 5, yes 5 stars... You can smell the grill stinking (in a good way) up New Tampa for miles! It's hot out but how can you resist the smells of the Caribbean? How can you not want The Jerk?! I've admittedly driven by a few times, always saying, I'll stop next time... we'll, after living in Tampa for a year and a half, today's the day!!Man, the smoked turkey legs look like they came off of a dinosaur and they taste amazing. I've never had Rasta Pasta before but oh yeah, I'm a fan! I also ordered the red beans and rice and to my surprise they came with the Caribbean cabbage and plantain. I couldn't even eat half of the food so I have something to enjoy tomorrow. If you're in the area of Livingston and... I can't remember the cross street but "follow your nose, it always knows"!

It's my first time coming by, and the staff is friendly as well as helpful. The food is AH-MaZiNG! The portions, however, not so quite. I paid $15 for a siNgLE plantain, hAlF a plate of riCE, & mAyBe (being nice here) 3oz of meat. For $15 anyone would expect more than this.Very sad about this.Especially when it pales in comparison to The portions of my boyfriends chopped chicken combo...

Decent experience due to the rectification of an order but not satisfactory. So I haven't had Jamaican food in a while but I know good Jamaican and this wasn't that. The Mac was very bland , the turkey leg was tough and cold on the inside . The oxtail was tough and tasted more like braised beef rather than the fatty oxtail that I'm used too. Idk how this place got such stellar ratings I'm assuming the person working was new ? But minimal flavor and at 20-30 bucks I'd expect a lot better

Rare Ethnic Food 43. Caribbean Smoke Jerk Cuisine. Usually you will see Jerk BBQ chicken. The chicken mostly grilled. This one has a twist with Caribbean Smoke Jerk Chicken. The chicken is marinated with the special house sauce. The marinated is to the bone. It was greatly prepared. As a result, when they are out of food, they close for the remaining day. They also has Smoke Jerk Pork. Both items are very delicious. I like the chicken wing a lot. I would said you got to eat there. Because, when they just take out from the Smoker, the skin is still crispy. That why you need to eat at the table or in your car. DELICIOUS. Now with that said. Some time by luck, you can have their specialty rack of lamb. My goodness, those are amazing. Check out my picture. Don't get disappointed if they close because they run out. I have actually try visiting this place three times before I actually got to try their food.

A casual drive to my local hardware store unearthed this beauty. I am all in for supporting small business especially food trucks. The two ladies in this truck were hilarious and very personable. They have only been in operation for 6 weeks with 2 locations. I was really impressed with their operation and even more impressed with the food. Now a days everyone seems to do their version of Rasta pasta so it was only right to get this dish at a Jamaican establishment. The flavors were bountiful in this dish with a slight spicy kick at the end. The ribs were smoked to perfection and very tender. Overall the lady's know a thing or two around the smoker and their dishes are very well executed

Okay so finally made my way to see if the star rating from by fellow yelpers is real. Unfortunately, my yelpers were a bit off.The food truck location is perfect nothing but this truck off a main busy road. The aroma in the air would make you stop by to see what smells so good. Of course, this is as far as good as it gets. The seasoning for the jerk is Americanized and what I mean it is definitely not authentic. I grew up in Brooklyn NY around Jamaicans and married to a Jamaican. Say the least the seasoning felt safe. It can pass for a great dish if you're not familiar with Authentic jerk chicken. As for the rasta pasta, very dried and I do understand some food is prepared early but this is definitely a no-no in my book. The rice and peas nothing to brag about! The boil plantains were the only thing that stands out.I will try it out again just to make sure what I wrote stands firm. But also okay with retracting my review if they prove me different. Until the next visit, my review stands as it is written.

Amazing! Everything Jerk was beyond my expectations. This is authentic Jamaican cuisine. The food was delicious. It was the topic of conversation all evening. Ordered the spicy red snapper and chicken wing combo and you could tell it was made with so much love. Hands down best Jamaican food in town. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. This is a hidden gem in Tampa and I'm so delighted that I found Everything Jerk!

Regardless of what I order from here, my plate is always packed. The red snapper has that smoky taste that I didn't expect, but it was a great surprise nonetheless. I hate corn on the cob (vs loose corn) yet this roasted corn was the bomb. He offered to pour oxtail sauce on my rice and peas which bought everything together. Once again this meal was thoroughly enjoyed.
