If you're looking for some really good coffee and a nice place to sit. Sorry let me rephrase If you're looking for a real coffee shop and not your super chain coffee place I highly recommend elevation coffee. The staff knows their stuff and a lot of the ingredients are made in house like the lavender which paired with Vanilla brought me back to a memory of the Hawaii islands with how fresh and fragrant it's was.The few times I've been it's always been clean and the staff so friendly and willing to joke and have a great time (respectfully of course) don't pass this place by you'll be missing out on one of the best cups of coffee around.Also their baked goods are (fire x 3) yes 3 of them and the Vegan coffee cake was one of the best non dairy pastries I've had and I've had tons of them.Ok stop reading and go, like now I mean unless you're reading this an they aren't open then do go yet but go when they openSee belowSunday 8AM-4PMMonday 7AM-6PMTuesday 7AM-6PMWednesday 7AM-6PMThursday(Thanksgiving)7AM-6PMHours might differFriday(Black Friday)7AM-6PMHours might differSaturday 8AM-6PM

I must say after coming here weekly for a few months and getting to see other elevation locations, this spot has dramatically declined in service, sanitation and overall quality. Hygiene issue: It's pretty disgusting that the bathroom sink and toilet have gold rings around them and they sometimes do not stock toilet paper so a used roll is sitting on the top of the toilet. The tables are rarely wiped down and even if you wanted to sit outside, there is so many spider webs by the chairs and windows. It's embarrassing to bring friends here because of this. Service: it went from excellent to total embarrassment. I had walked in on a Saturday and the lights were off and no tables and chairs were placed outside. The baker was making coffee and it was CLEAR she was in a bad mood because the barista was TWO hours late. How did I know? They had an argument outside after I left and waited 45 mins for my coffee. So given the dirtiness and unprofessionalism, I'm done with this place This is absurd, absolutely unprofessional and not right. 2 stars for the coffee

This was a charming little family owned coffee shop. They were very friendly and seemed to be very experienced with coffee and select very special roasts that they are very proud to serve. The iced latte was very delicious and the ambiance was bright and quiet. It seems like a very nice place to come and get some work done. They also showcase artwork artists display for sale in their shop.

How I heard of this place: In search of a good coffee shop in Tampa, we found Elevation Coffee Roasters, which looked pleasant, and sounded like it had a home-made feel. We decided to give it a go when meeting friends for coffee and a snack.Type of cuisine: A cafe with espresso beverages, breakfast sandwiches and small plates/snacks.Ambiance: Set in a strip mall - not unlike nearly every other business we came across in Tampa - the cafe feels much different inside than the outside represents. A large strip-mall parking lot is found outside, and indoors, the space is white and bright, with small bursts of color. Order at the counter, find a spot and relax for your long awaited selections to be delivered to your table.What I ordered: We ordered a hummus plate, a breakfast sammy with sausage, egg and cheese, and a gluten free blueberry waffle. For our beverages, a drip coffee, a mocha, and a Cinny Toast Crunch Latte. What I loved: The breakfast sammy was freshly prepared, warm and tasty, and the Cinny Toast Crunch Latte a novel, fun take on an iced espresso beverage; sweet and creamy with oat milk.Why I loved it: The service was friendly, the food good, and the space easy-going.Cost: Average

This place continues to please. Honestly wish I was closer to them because I would have all my counsel meetings here rather than the chain place we have or the Italian joint in the mall area. So if you are in area make the stop you won't hate me for it.

Wow! Where do I start on this lovely business...The gluten-free breads are to die for!Gluten-free fudgy, brownies, and vegan and gluten-free cinnamon coffee cake.. Right now, they also have a pumpkin bread, it is not gluten-free, but it is excellent as well. Everything is so moist and fresh. The coffee beans are roasted fresh daily. So many ways to have your coffee from hot-cold, to cold brew on tap! The staff is excellent, and is happy to answer any questions! Plenty of parking! This shop is located at the end of a strip mall. Small but mighty. Give them a try!

As a coffee shop lover, I love discovering new coffee spots around town. I got the chance to check out this spot, thanks to the Yelp Elite crew, and it was amazing. Everything we tried was delicious, the service was amazing, and the vibe of the place was great. My favorite things we tried were their cold brew coffee, their breakfast sandwich, and the coffee cake. Everything is baked homemade and gluten free (with vegan options as well) and so fresh! Definitely stop in if you're looking for some yummy light bites and incredible coffee.

Not just rich delicious coffee with beautiful artistic finishing..but genuinely friendly service. The place was so clean and warm and welcoming. We were a large party with a variety of items ordered. I will definitely go back.....next time for the Logan Special .

Super happy to have tried this bright fun new coffee shop in Lutz. I was surprised when I came because it's a new building tucked in the back. I use to live out this way so it was definitely a nice surprise. I walked in to a super friendly face and asked him what he would recommend. I also asked about seasonal iced drink flavors also. He recommended either the CINNY toast crunch or toffee almond. I chose the toffee almond and it was quite tasty, & definitely different than I can find just anywhere.While waiting for my drink, I noticed how packed it was. There was a church group in there so they were having a blast. Glad it's such a happy place in there, but it definitely can get loud. That's ok. I went outside and drank my iced coffee outside and it was nice and chill just how I like it. I'll definitely be back, & I'm glad we have a really nice coffee shop here besides the usual Starbucks. They do also have sandwiches and waffles, & danishes, but I was good with the coffee!!

What a hidden oasis for coffee aficionados! At another great Yelp event (thanks Skylar and Yelp for having me), we were greeted and treated to samplings of Elevations' brews and food. All the confections are created by Ashley and are actually home made and (most are)gluten-free. Trust me, as a person who loves her sweets, Ashley's treats are deliciously rich and decadent, from the brownies to the sausage biscuit. Jonathan has the honor of being the barista for Elevation and he makes a mean lavender latte!Ashley encouraged Jonathan to give greeting and welcome us to their third location, one is downtown of Franklin Street, the other in Carrollwood. He told us that the first Friday of every month is trivia. This month the did one for 'Gilmore Girls'. For December, they've selected Harry Potter trivia. In January, they're going to try to do one on 'Friends'. They are, in addition to bringing organic coffees to the Tampa Bay area, they want to instill a sense of community. This location is bright with vibrant colors yet cozy, comfy with overstaffed chairs and sofas as well as small tables, kind of like visiting the three bears' home. You can sit at the bar and watch your coffee being created and chat with the barista about where the coffee comes from, what the ingredients are grown, or even talk about sports and your favorite team. WiFi is available so you linger over your favorite coffee creation with your laptop and work or play. Or, snuggle into the comfy chairs and just visit with friends. Elevation may just turn out to be one of the better coffee shops you've ever been to. It certainly will be the friendliest.
