Popped in the check this out since it's fairly new. Didn't order food but got margaritas. They were priced fair and had an extensive tequila menu. It's crazy that other liquor is priced but so best it. Food looked delicious and staff was extremely friendly. Will be back.

Went for dinner with my family. Such a nice environment. I got fajitas and my mom got tacos and I love that you get t them traditional Mexican or texmex. The tortillas tasted super fresh. I also ordered the tacos paraiso for lunch and it was amazing!! Super fresh, the flavors were all on point and the rice and beans were steaming when I got it. Plenty of parking in the plaza and will definitely be back to try more.

Went back here with family after church because daughters wanted Mexican. About 12:30 and not very busy so the five of us were seated right away in the left rear. A bit lonely because during the 100+ minutes no one else were seated in the area.First we ordered the Queso Fundida dip and chips to share. That arrived in 30 minutes. Then we ordered the Tex Mex tacos, Kid's Quesadilla with Fries, Flautas, Birria Taco and Tostado.Meals came about 40 minutes later. Food was very tasty but the Tex Mex Tacos must have sat for awhile since all three tacos were soggy and fell apart.Not sure why the service was so slow. Place was not crowded. Maybe they were short of cooks and servers. Or maybe we were forgotten because we were out of sight. We asked for a take out box and check. After a 10 minute wait I flagged down a server and got the box, but had to leave to make an appointment at 2:30 so left my my credit card with my wife and left to take my daughter to appointment.Food 4, atmosphere 4, service 2

Taco Tuesday!! My friend and I came here for a girls night and what's better than tequila and tacos? Since moving to Tampa it's been hard to find good Mexican food. There's so much amazing Cuban, Chilean, Peruvian, and several other Latin restaurants but just haven't found a Mexican go to spot. Right away the server was so friendly and on point with the service! Cute ambiance inside and wasn't too busy. For starters we got the Margaritas which are huge and delicious and come with a cute flower along with the creamy and tasty queso dip.For our mains we order the Tacos el Paraiso, this entree comes with 3 tacos with a side of rice and beans. Surprise surprise I filled up on the chips and margaritas so took my tacos home. It wasn't that super authentic Mexican food I was looking for but it was still good and I'd definitely be down to go back and try it again.

Very average place. Came here as a walk in on Friday night, because pictures looked nice. Inside it's very uninviting, looks more as a diner than a restaurant. Menu is huge, so you could definitely select anything you like. They have lots of drinks but we don't try any. I had tacos and husband had fajitas. I would say that for was just ok. Nothing special. Definitely has much better Mexican food in the past.I would recommend doing take out, since indoor is not very pleasant so taking out would save some money. Service was good, attentive and quick. But again nothing special.

Finally Oldsmar gets a really good Mexican restaurant. Food was so fresh and good. Atmosphere is sophisticated and service was awesome. Highly recommend coming here. We will be back.

We're always on the hunt for a Mexican restaurant that is not just average. Unfortunately El Paraiso ( EP) was nothing but average. I saw previous reviews stating service can be poor at EP. Actually we found the service to be fine. What disappointed was the food. I ordered a beef enchilada & a chicken enchilada. Both were bland & boring & basic. There was a lack of flavor, & they tasted like no effort was put into making them more than plain. For example the beef enchilada was ground beef wrapped in a tortilla, topped with cheese. I also laughed at the drink menu. Soft drinks are $4, & the menu has a warning that you only get 2 refills before they charge you an additional $4. Seriously?

This place was cute and provided a large portion, but it was a bit creepy.I went to meet up with a friend. Apparently the owner, Diego, cared for us. I ordered the attached salad and asked for the dressing on the side. I never received the dressing. Also didn't expect the vegetables to be cooked.But the creepiest was when Diego decided he wanted to take a picture of my friend and I for what he said was the Facebook page. But a month later, I still don't see the picture on any of their social media pages. Hope he didn't decide to keep it for himself.
