This location is close to me so it's very convenient. I've gone here several times with no major issues but this time I ordered something that I haven't ordered in a long time, the burrito Loco. When I placed my order, I asked them how their beef was because there's nothing I hate more than biting through beef and not being able to do so. She told me that it was the best beef in the area so I took her word and ordered it with steak. I get home, try to cut into it and it's not cutting through the meat. I finally get through, take a bite and have to spit it out because I can't bite through it. Cut another piece, same thing happens. I called and the same woman answered the phone, and I told her that the meat was horrible and I couldn't bite through it. I told her I didn't want a refund or an exchange because I don't want to go back out. She went on to tell me that I'm the only person who thinks that their meat is horrible. I asked her "why would I lie?!" She went on to tell me no one else has ever complained about it and I can come back and she'll give me a new one or something else. I told her again that I didn't want to come back, I just wanted to let them know. She told me not to yell at her. I was surprised because I wasn't yelling. I told her she was being rude and she then hung up on me. If I ever walk back in that restaurant, I promise I will get my moneys worth. Service is dead nowadays. Big mistake!
