Einstein Bros. Bagels

So, I don't go to Einstein Bagels too often but I really enjoy it. Stopped at this one on my way back from a doc appointment. I signed up for their rewards system and got a free bagel and coffee. I ordered an everything bagel ahead and some coffee.I walked in and was notified they were out of everything bagels but, Andrew is awesome!! He had me pick out another bagel and gave me a second one for free!I also saw him personally bring out a bagel to a patron and say, "if there is anything wrong with it, please come to me, I made this one myself."This is true customer service. This man deserves a raise. I will be coming back to Einstein Bagels more regularly because of this ONE interaction.Andrew is the man! Thank you Einstein Bagels!!The inside looked good as well, it was clean.

If you are looking for a authentic New York Bagel this is not your place. Einstein Bagel is a chain with many locations throughout the southern part of the United States. We have been to a few of them and this one I like more than most. Not a fresh New York style but a solid middle of the road previously frozen bagel. I am sure I will be back again

Love the drive thru here! They always have you pull around if you have an order that's already ready so you can get through even faster. The All Nighter is 10/10, Cheesy Hashbrown bagel it comes on is 10/10. I love the cold brew here too. Lox bagel is hit or miss, sometimes the onions are thick asf and hard to bite lol. Still delicious.Everyone I've seen working here has been nice. They go out of their way to let you know when something's out and find a replacement. Kevin is amazing, best service every time. Always friendly and gets everything taken care of asap. Will keep coming!

Ordered and paid online at 6:30am for 8:50am order. Arrived at 8:40am and they know nothing about the order. BS. Someone ignored my order, possibly not on purpose...still waiting for my order at 9:00M. No apology or anything from short, hairy man. Disappointing

The cashiers are always the best. They can tell you about any sandwich or any bagel. They will make recommendations on what bagel to put with what sandwich if they are out of the one it comes with. Their iced coffees are so delicious.

The food at this Einstein Bros. is alright. Bagel breakfast sandwich that I got was decent in flavor and size. However, the restaurant needs to work on efficiency. The operating hours state the restaurants starts serving at 5:30am. However, when I got to the drive thru line at 5:30am, nothing was operating yet. It took maybe until close to 5:45am before someone started taking orders. By the time I got my bagel, it was close to 6am already. Hopefully things will be smoother next time.

This 5 star review is specifically for Kevin. He is awesome, articulate, helpful, and kind towards his coworkers and has continued to carry that entire store location in my opinion. That drive thru line can be wrapped around the corner and he's got it covered and keeps it moving. When he's working I know my order is going to be correct. Thanks Kevin !

For a Saturday morning i was looking for a place near me to have coffee and bagel. I decided to have coffee and bagel from Einstein Bros Bagels. It is a small restaurant with an ample of parking and seating spaces. After browsing through the menu I decided to order Coffee and Egg Bagel. The coffee was hot and freshly brewed. The bagel was also delicious and tasty. Loved the morning coffee and bagel.

Don't waste your time. Go to New York Bagel on Village Drive. I ordered bagels this weekend and for convenience, I did it through Uber eats. It was 6am and I didn't want to get in my car. However, there is no way for you to pick what kind of bagels you get on the site. I thought that was strange and a bit annoying to have to add another step of calling them when I was paying extra for convenience. I called them and the first thing they said to me was "I have to ask my manager as I'm not normally allowed to do this over the phone." Do what? Make sure I get the kind of bagel I actually want? Okie dokie then. She comes back on the line "So I'll be able to make an exception this time, but next time you'll have to come in if you want to order." Why even have a Uber option then? I can't order the bagels I want? Crazy. I'm not from New York but my father is and I spent my childhood going there once a month and getting the best bagels from the shop in his home town (Sayville Long Island), so I know a good bagel when I meet on. These bagels are, meh, just ok. They're not New York bagels and the don't even have all the flavors you would find at a New York bagel shop. Not to mention, at $20 for a half dozen, they're incredibly overpriced. At New York Bagel on Village Drive, you can get a half dozen ACTUAL NEW YORK BAGELS and a tub of cream cheese for $14. They taste great, service is great and competitively priced. They also won't tell you they're making an exception when you ask for the bagel type you actually want. It's authentic and personal, unlike this place.

It's unfortunate when you are polite and kind to a customer service employee and they respond with an attitude for no reason. I'm not sure if Kevin was having a bad morning, but I did not deserve Kevin's "customer service" today.
