Einstein Bros. Bagels

The only one who seemed to know what's going on this past Saturday morning is the cashier. She was super nice and so busy. The line was all over the place, orders not ready and workers so unorganized! I will never go back! Oh my bagel was cold and tough! Done and please go away!

Food came out fast My cold brew was excellent However ..out of all the kids in this place that give excellent service There is a lady that may need coaching on happy customer service . I will post my receipt instead of name so upper management can secret shop her to see what I'm referring to . Receipt #20058Host : K**y abbreviated name for you . She has waited on me a few times .. she has never smiled or said good morning . Maybe she's going through a tough time but someone needs to give her a review to help her out . Thanks ~ other than that we do like coming here . Giving a 4 out of five because she is not nice to be the front counter of your business

I typically don't go to Einstein bagel for bagels because they are mediocre at best. But when in a pinch, I will stop at one. Being in Thanksgiving, my bagel places that are good in my area are not open. I went to Einstein bagel bagels, and they really need to change their name to Einstein bagel. They have a very limited selection. No garlic, onion or pumpernickel.

I was excited to have a bagel shop opening nearby. As mentioned by others it is grab and go or order in app and pickup. I was disappointed with the cashier who looked as if she would rather be anywhere but taking orders. A smile and welcome would have gone a long way towards enhancing the experience. Bagels and cream cheese were fine and I appreciated that they sliced the bagels. Smaller assortment of bagels than other places I've been. Not a fan of the app and I prefer ordering ahead. Packs of six or thirteen bagels are determined by the shop. As a result the app is useless for ordering ahead.

Service was good and fast. The ambiance is what it is, not very inviting inside, It's more grab and go. I ordered a buttered sesame, and a BEC on an everything. The bacon tasted rubbery and Microwaved. I ended up adding crispy bacon that I cooked and from publix, a little over priced for the quality.

They dropped the ball! This is grab & go only. Absolutely no seating exists, inside or out. There are zero tables or chairs. You either place a mobile order 'To Go' or you have to walk up to the counter & order 'To Go'. No drive thru! What a bust! Awful. Einsteins did not read the demographics here at all. Families want the convenience of a drive thru. This area is dying for restaurants & they leave us with a closet. So sad, considering all the other locations in the Tampa area have seating and/or a drive thru. Anyway, doubt this location will perform & last. This is not an urban area in a big city. This model just does not fit here.

Went to newly opened Einstein Bagels in Odessa this morning thinking we could have breakfast out for a change- Nope!This Einstein's is strictly a "Take Out" venue.However, the service was ultra fast and our bagel sandwiches were delicious even though we had to take them home to eat.

Hubby and I were so excited that we were getting an Einstein Bagel shop, made a special morning date to try it out.We were so very disappointed because we had so many great bagles in MD and in Clearwater locations.No place to sit, sadly. the cost was $26 for the 2 sandwiches plus we tipped $5 expecting a great brunch. We were all in for $31.Too hot to sit in the one open table outside, hate to eat in the car, so we drove 25 minutes to get home.opened the sandwiches, sadly they had very little if -0- cream cheese, 1 thin piece of lox, 3 capers, a sad piece of tomato, and 2 rings of purple onion.I must say the food did come out quickly, probable because they put nothing much on the sandwiches, my sandwich was supposed to have 2 eggs and sausage, the eggs and sausage were slices so thin they must have been cut by a deli slicer.The next time we go to Einstein, it won't be in Odessa.The little girl taking the order had -0- personality, we could not understand what she kept saying, hit 4 for 0, I said what she said hit 4 for 0, still no clue. apparently, they wanted cash for tips and not have it run thru the machine. Could be a great business, but way to cheaply put together sandwiches, for way too much money. 2 sodas should not be $7 plus tax and tip.

Maybe because a new location but my first and only experience at this location was awful. Rude staff, made a comment to other customers when I asked for my ice tea for the third time, they laughed and luckily I didn't hear what she said. She was too busy taking orders. A coworker heard her and quickly got me my ice tea. We left the store and discovered they messed up our order. The bagel was not toasted and the wrong kind as well. Not pleased but didn't go back and never will. The fact they don't have a driver through is a major drawback too. Better bagels at competitors nearby.
