Wife and I have gone to this location many times since they opened. The location offers a clean, country ambiance. They have a great breakfast selection as well as some lunch options. I have tried nearly everything here and it never disappoints. From their Southern Benedict with eggs over sausage and fluffy biscuits smothered in a great tasting country sausage gravy, to their tasty waffles or chicken fried steak/chicken, you can't go wrong. They also have what I believe are some of the best grits in the area! My wife also raves over their fresh squeezed orange juice. It is a bit pricey but worth it for the fresh flavor (made onsite in a machine press). If I had any negatives it is not on the restaurant itself, but there seem to be many customers who come to this location who take cell calls on speaker, oblivious to where they are, or feeling like it is their personal office. It is obviously a difficult situation for staff who may not want to confront this issue. I would ask the owner consider putting up signs on the table tops or at least on the door entry asking customers to take calls outside out of consideration to others. My wife and I have started to go elsewhere to eat when making a choice, mainly because of this issue. It isn't a once every 5 visits thing, rather nearly every time. Perhaps some are daily customers, but allowing the few to disrupt the majority can run people off. I give them 5 stars on cleanliness and speed of service.5 stars for food quality.4 Stars on price - it is pricey but it is due to food costs and the economy and not price gouging

Very cute neighborhood breakfast/brunch place in Lithia! First walking in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The space is huge and has an open floor plan with a lot of natural lighting. The service was exceptional - attentive and friendly, making for an all-around great dining experience. I ordered the EggTown scramble, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, complemented by their amazing warm, fluffy biscuits. The biscuits were absolutely incredible, soft and fresh and adding butter took them up a notch! Whether you're in the mood for a classic breakfast or something a little different, the food options here are diverse and delicious. Highly recommend this charming spot for anyone looking for a top-notch brunch experience.

Eggtown has turned into our favorite breakfast spot. A little pricey but when you see what you get it is a great value. I love their omelets, home fries and awesome pancakes too. Comfortable setting, friendly service, good coffee...what else could you want? It does get really busy but its worth the wait.

Brought my wife there for Mother's Day and had to wait about 30 minutes. It was so nice outside we ate on their patio. I had the meat lovers omelette which was chock full of meat. I've had this before but this time the amount of meat was crazy. The potatoes were nice and crispy and the biscuit was flakey.

Yea, a new brunch restaurant close to Fishhawk Ranch opened recently, and serves typical brunchery-style items at one of its fast growing group of restaurants in a growing underserved upscale area. This Eggtown restaurant mimics its other Eggtowns throughout Hillsborough County with creative brunch items at reasonable prices. Portions are ample for the hungriest of diners. Those with smaller appetites might consider sharing. Service is friendly and competent.

Took my mother here for her Birthday breakfast. A friend of mine recommended this place. It's located in a small plaza but that doesn't take away from space. Really friendly staff and good food. The sweet tea was so good I would drive back just for that and my mother loved the flavored coffee. Will definitely stop in again for breakfast. Until next review Kisses

First let me say the service was amazing! Met a friend for brunch at one of her favorite spots and the meal did not disappoint. The servings were huge, especially for the price. Everything tasted good! The eggs were especially tasty. I would have given 5 stars, but we never got a side that we ordered. Our server did apologize, but it was a little disappointing because she had hyped it up so much. Cute place in a small town. I would definitely go back

Honestly usually when I have a negative about a place is I did not get enough food etc. The food was good but I got an OMELET and I wanted eggs with my toppings. It was no lie a mount of ham, onion, and peppers on top of the eggs with barely any egg. It was so much food it actually was good which is why it gets 4 stars but wow . I never had an omelet like that ever. Service was great also and the staff was great.

We've eaten here several times now. The whole family really enjoys our weekend breakfasts at Eggtown.Friendly staff. Clean restaurant.The biscuits are fantastic.I always get an omelette or a skillet. Everything I've tried has been delicious.
