Eddie's Chinese Take Out

I've ordered from here dozens of times. It's the best Chinese I"ve found in Winter Haven area however the food is just ok. It's always hot but not so fresh. Almost everything they make is precooked rewarmed food. I love General TSO chicken but when I get it from Eddie's it's a mushy mess with no firmness to the batter on the chicken. Same can be said for the sweet and sour chicken / pork and various other items I've tried off the menu.I will continue to order from Eddie's because it's just good enough but could be better.

I have to say I was really hesitant about trying this place because of the reviews. I am so glad I took a chance. It has been the best Mongolian beef I've tried since moving to Florida. I ordered and didn't wait long. My good was hot and so full of flavor. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ordered my food since 8:30am to be ready by 12pm. My coworker ordered hers at 11:20pm to be ready by 12pm. Hers was ready when I got there but mine wasn't. I got there around 12:05pm so they both should've been ready. There's no excuse because it was ordered 3 and 1/3 hours before the order time. Why was it made after? The lady at the front offered NO apology!!! She offered no explanation, nothing. That's ridiculous. If you can't handle the volume of people ordering, then don't keep accepting orders. She even cashed out everyone in front of me even though my order should've been ready.

The most disrespectful place I have ever called I called to place my order with them not knowing that it was 15 minutes away from my house. And I didn't want to wait an hour for delivery. I have tried the call and cancel my order and for some reason it didn't go through. When they called me finally I got a lady that was nothing but disrespect and called me 4 different times with nothing but yelling at me! Happy Mother's Day to me! Will never order from here or even call! Next time I'll make sure I order from the right area

I've always ordered here and never had an issue! But this time they completely have me the wrong order. I ordered pork, beef, and chicken. They decided to do everything but pork and put shrimp instead! My husband is deathly allergic to shrimp! My order was delivered and when I called about the situation they said I was wrong! The man had a strong accent couldn't really understand him but I feel as a manager customers should be everything! For me to call that my husband is deathly allergic to shrimp and all the MANAGER had to say was that I was wrong! That to me is so wrong! Never will order from her again! They literally deserve no stars !

Food is always delicious and they always get your order correct. Best Chinese food in Winter Haven.

Awesome food, Awesome service, Awesome workers. The furniture in there made me feel like I was in China.The food was seriously so good, I can't stop eating it like I think I am seriously hooked. The people there are so nice and greet me all the time, they even saved my life when I choked on their dish on accident. The entertainment is incredible as well as I saw every BTS member performing on my table. Like how did they even get them there?? Not complaining.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered $60 worth of food for delivery. They forgot 2 meals worth of food. I asked if they could redeliver the food, but also if I could get my money back on those two meals since I had to wait about an hour for the food then I was going to have to wait another 30 mins for my food to be cooked and be redelivered. The girl I spoke to said yes. I wait 40 mins and call back. I speak to an Asian woman who was BEYOND rude and told me it wasn't their fault that my two meals weren't delivered. She told me that she refunded the $19 worth of meals forgotten and if I wanted them to deliver it again I'd have to repay for it. Why on earth should I have to pay for my meal again plus a gas fee and another tip for the businesses mistake?! I tried explaining my side how that made no sense because it was THEIR error. She proceeds to start yelling and screaming at me. I've come here since I was a little girl. I've also been in the food industry for over 13 years and have NEVER spoken to a paying customer like that. I have no problem paying for a meal but when I order delivery and YOU as a business mess that up and I only have food for half my family while the other half is sitting there not eating because they don't have food because YOU "forgot" it then do what any good business would do and fix it. Being rude to a customer is beyond TRASHY. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Wow has this place gone downhill. We ordered beef with mixed vegetables, sesame chicken and wonton soup. Sesame chicken was fine but the beef with mixed vegetables was fairly awful, chewy undercooked beef. The soup had zero wontons? It was just some noodles in beef broth. I took the time to return the soup the next day, a middle aged Asian man insisted he took my order and that's what I ordered. When he finally sent out the lady that actually took my order, she was nice enough and said they would refund my money. As I waited out front for her I could hear the man literally screaming at her for seriously 5 minutes straight. I finally gave up waiting for my money and left. Will not be back!

Worst customer service ever. They send me an confirmation via email for a delivery. I wait for it 1hr and still nobody coming up so I decided to call the restaurant and the person that answer told me that if nobody call me to really confirm the delivery it wasn't happening.
