This was by far the best breakfast I had on my trip toTampa. We found this place by accident, but it was so worth it! We ordered the Traditional Lebanese Breakfast and the 3-3-3 Skillet. I am Lebanese, and the food here did not dissapoint. Everything tasted super fresh and the hummus was made in-house. The flavors worked perfectly! They even gave us some hummus and pita chips as we waited for the food! The service at the counter and at our table was so nice! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back! This was the best breakfast we've had in a long time!

Fantastic little Lebanese bistro. Does amazing breakfasts in the Lebanese style and also massive portions of well seasoned lunches. The proprietors are from Lebanon and have crafted a perfect little menu that gives you a sense of what it would be like to eat in their country. You were showered with different types of little tasting appetizers that was on the house while we waited for our breakfast/brunches. Unfortunately I lost my phone at the time I couldn't take any pictures but I assure you the rice pilaf that accompanied the everything meat platter was fantastic. Highly recommend this spot for small groups to go check out. They also serve beer.

My husband decided to go on an elimination diet to identify any food intolerances he might have and it was limiting what I could cook for dinner. Between making special meals for my husband and our toddler I was starting to feel like a short order cook. My husband decided to have meals delivered to our home from Eat Right. Since I wanted to lose some weight too I selected the conventional meal plan for myself and my husband selected the keto meals.Every week we receive meals delivered to our front door step. Meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are delivered Monday morning and Thursday and Friday's meals are delivered Thursday morning to ensure the freshest meals. We could have meals delivered for the weekend on Thursday, but we enjoy cooking and occasionally dining out so we opted to not do meals during the weekend.I was a little skeptical how the meals would taste since I have tried other prepared meals in the past, but the meals at Eat Right have been pretty good if not sometimes excellent! The chimichurri steak, steak hibachi, chicken sandwich, beef enchiladas and Asian meatballs have been some of my favorite dishes. The most surprising thing about the meals have been the high quality cuts of meat. The steaks are usually very tender and contain little to no gristle. There have been a few misses. I haven't been a fan of most of the ground turkey meals and now avoid them when selecting my weekly menu. A few of the vegetables have been underwhelming such as plain green beans or steamed broccoli. I usually reheat these on the stove with a little lemon, garlic, and a splash of olive oil.So far the meals have made life easier for me and my husband and I have lost some weight so we are both fans of Eat Right!

I used this company for years and it had great customer service. I would avoid them now. You cannot get a hold of them. They do not respond to your emails and they have kept charging me despite suspending service for a vacation. Then I canceled them and they still charged me. Something happened to this company.

I truly wanted to like this meal delivery service, as I think they have a great concept. However, there is definitely room for improvement.I signed up for this to supplement my busy schedule and for about $5/meal the first week I figured what could go wrong? Prior to signing up I spoke with the owners and nutritionist for a while to really get to know them.Pros:- there is a plant based option- they're contracted with local farms- veteran owned- delivery at 1-3 AM or so, so it doesn't disrupt your day- unique recipes- easy to get in touch with them- discounts for vets and various different job specialtiesCons:- no specific ingredient list (not even grams of salt!)- meal sizes are small for the plant based option. It often took 2 meals to be full, and I am an average sized person.- when I asked the nutritionist if he could give me a breakdown of saturated vs unsaturated fats he told me "don't worry, it's mostly saturated." Sat fats= not so good. This was repeated multiple times. In a keto diet, sat fats are emphasized, so perhaps this is why?- biggest con: my first delivery came soaking wet. I initially thought it was condensation from being out of fridge overnight but as I removed the meals one by one they were all covered with a sticky goo. I finally saw the source: punctured ice bag. I immediately got in touch with them and they told me they didn't have any additional plant based meals so for the next delivery they'd make sure to pack in a few extra meals, and give me my second week free. Ok, great. Next delivery was fine. Then came the second week- I opened the bag and again, sticky goo everywhere!! Same exact problem, and now the ice packs were looking even more worn out. I Immediately called them to discontinue my service. In total, I had to throw away 20 meals with this service because of the ice packs. As enticing as a quick meal delivery service is, they need to be more transparent about their nutritional content. I get the feeling they are pretty popular based off their keto meals, and as someone who is inherently against our mainstream keto culture (it is basically a repackaged Atkins diet) I will probably switch to a totally whole food, plant based meal delivery service when that becomes available.

Good quality meals that consistently come every week. A nice variety of selection. Maybe a little less repetitive.

I've used Eat Right for a little over four months now, and the experience has been rocky, to say the least.First of all: the food is great. No complaints there. Unfortunately, the operations and customer service is horrendous. Good luck getting anyone to respond to their HELP chat (which is also their email -- it's all sent through a Zendesk app which is apparently not monitored). Even calling is hit-or-miss: I've gotten through ONCE, on at least two dozen attempts...the rest of the time it's a busy signal. So why did I call? Orders double-billed. Shipments not delivered. Cancelled orders sent anyway. Last time I called, I expressed dismay at two orders being charged simultaneously. They responded to my message by telling me that the first order was enroute and the second would arrive a week later. So, the first order did indeed arrive, but the second never showed up. Still charged. And I haven't heard from them since.Again, the food is great, and the owners are apparently very well-meaning. But they have TERRIBLE customer service, which is to me a core value and why -- after filing a Small Claims Court lawsuit to recover my $98 -- I will switch to another company. Sorry Eat Right, I gave you MORE than enough chances to prove your worth. You failed.

UPDATE 11/24: spoke to Denise in customer service today and was able to reach a resolution I feel satisfied with. After a thorough conversation, she took great care of me and I will be ordering again and hopefully be a long term customer. It appears to me that Eat Right is a rapidly growing small business that does want to do right by their customers while trying to filter out extraneous refund claims to protect their sustainability. Thanks for taking care of my concerns, Denise. *****************Most meals were good (only reason for 2 stars instead of 1). A handful wouldn't cook properly and had issues with the plastic wrapping. However, the main reason why I'm writing in is because this "French toast" was disgusting both visually and taste-wise (see photo below). I ordered late Oct as a referral from a friend. After experiencing a few defects in my meals, I told Eat Right about the issues for the first time on Nov 2. They offered no solution to me they just suggested they might need to recalibrate their plastic wrap machine. I inquired again on Nov 12th about how I could formally complain to get my money back for these meals. On Nov 13th, customer service expressed to me this could not be refunded - it could only be replaced. When I made the complaint about this meal (see picture below) & the others that couldn't cook properly, she stated that she would find out if they could be replaced this week or next and that it would depend on supply available. I understood and wasn't in a rush to receive them this week. She also stated she would get back to me Monday (15th) to confirm which week they would be sent... when I still hadn't heard from her by today (Friday 19th), I wrote in asking what the update was and only then did she inform me that she was not able to replace them at all due to how much time had passed. I also asked for the support request to be escalated and she denied me that stating she would not be sending replacement meals due to the timeline. Again,-Ordered late Oct (22nd I believe)-Informed them of issues Nov 2nd-Inquired again on Nov 12th-Spoke to CS on Nov 13th-Expected follow up by Nov 15th-Had to follow up myself Nov 19th and what was discussed was not followed through onI would have gladly given them a second chance if they sent out the replacement meals as discussed but when multiple meals are practically inedible and you are paying good money for them... that's not right in my book.I mean decide for yourself... but if you are on the fence about giving Eat Right your business, my suggestion would be to look elsewhere. There are better providers of this service in my opinion. Eat Right is not on top of their product or their customer service.
