E Sushi Japanese Grill & Sushi Bar

I had never been to this establishment before, but I was very glad that friends recommended it. There's plenty of room for a large group, and it is very tastefullyWe are greeted with a very refreshing bowl of hot soup and a very friendly server. I couldn't believe how fast the food came out, it was almost as if they knew what we wanted before we walked in. I will definitely go back and I appreciated the surroundings being tastefully decorated but certainly expect some noise that is open surroundings, but I think the food more than makes up for that.

Understaffed but the ones that showed up were fine.One waitress for seven tables and shout out to Savanna who ran the show all by herself and did great.Shout out the chef was busted his seeweed and got a lot done, thanks Rafael. At first , I got the 'I don't know' vibe but the food was good and I had a good time.

The staff were very nice and we were seated quickly. The rolls were well portioned and the miso soup was a nice opener.

Came here to check out a new sushi spot. I ordered the TNT Roll for $7.25. It is tuna and yellowtail topped with shrimp sauce.I also ordered the Lucky Dragon Roll for $12.00. It is eel and avocado with fresh tuna on top, fish eggs, and scallion. Both were very delicious!I also got the side hibachi noodles but forgot to photograph that. They were so good! Love that they have yum yum sauce for the table!

We arrived at about 7pm on a Saturday. There were 3 other tables in E Sushi. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was Savannah, she was very friendly but didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu items. When we told her we had never been here before and she said I'll give you a few more minutes with the menu and this menu has the specials on it. We ordered 2 spicy tuna tolls, a shrimp tempura, and a Tokyo roll. They weren't the worst rolls I've ever had but they were so close it hurt. The rice was watery and mushy, the spicy tuna was not spicy, and the shrimp tempura had this horribly sweet sauce on it. Needless to say, I'm still looking for a great sushi place in Hernando county.

We had so much fun here. The waitress was super cool and the food was delicious. We got sashimi and a roll. The roll was huge! Sake bombs were excellent.

Every time I order my food here it is never fresh. You can tell by looking at the meat and I returned it this time and they swear it's fresh and they just basically gave me the same food back heat it up. It's disgusting I would not recommend eating here at all. I will NOT support your business EVER any again. I will post pictures so you can see. I should have got my money back because I will not eat this.

This place has pretty decent sushi for this area, a little pricey compare to Fuji hibachi express. We have only ordered to go from here when we don't want to the drive to Fuji because this place is closer to our house, the service has always been fast and friendly but the food is average nothing to brag about.

Under par. Barely competes to sushi at the market deli section. Worst miso soup eve ever had, complete fail. All that said, great service.

They gave me my order with half my order. When I went to show them they claimed I ate it swearing up and down it was packed. Told them to check the cameras but they said it wasn't messed. Worst experience
