Great spot for a wide selection of beers. Staff is helpful and efficient, making sure your glasses are topped off whenever ya need them to be. They've got ample seating inside, as well as some tables out front near overlooking the street. Also a game room on the side.

Dunedin HOB is the original location that offers their own beers as well as other local breweries and a variety of national beers. Before Covid hit, the opened a 2nd location which is directly behind the original that is for their beers. Both are great and have a different feel between the two so are worth going to both. On this occasion, we went to HOB so Ben could get a pint of the new TBBC Silo 14 that was just released. Of course we could have gone to TBBC but did want to support HOB as well since they are/were the only other location that offers the new release. He loved it and it just happened to be that a rep from TBBC was there giving out swag.

This review is for the indoor space, across the street (or trail) from HOB, so I hope I got the right one. This place is big...like it seemed like there were lots of different rooms that just kept going...but since I'm not into being inside anywhere at the moment, I didn't venture around too much - went in from the back door, which has several tables out back, to into the dark side with all the taps, ordered a key lime cider and then out the front door and sat at the one (of maybe 2) table which sits right along the street. Not fabulous ambiance, we should have gone out back, there was a cut dog we could have continued to pet. There is a pool table inside, I did see mechanical darts(not real darts) as well, there might have been some other games and things but didn't want to stick around inside too long so I didn't get a good look. When I went to order my key lime cider, I had ask if I could taste if first. They said no.WHY not?Well, I took a chance and ordered it and it was pretty good, but I didn't find the bartendress to be the most accommodating or friendly and there are plenty of other places for me to drink and spend my money.

On the last excursion to Dunedin, we made a stop at the Dunedin House of Beer for a drink while waiting for our table across the way at Lucky Lobster. It's a decent spot that's conveniently located on Broadway in walking distance from other breweries such as Cueni and Dunedin Brewery, as well as the other pubs located further down the street. For a no-frills sports bar, HOB does the job. They offer plenty of table and high-top seating in addition to the bar, with a room for shooting pool, playing Connects-Four, and other games depending on your preference. On any given day, they have 40 different craft beers on tap from various breweries around the countries, as well as those they make across the street at their production facility. During our time there, I ordered a toasty stout that HOB makes across the street from their back entrance. The time we spent there was a good way while we waited for our table to be ready -- which was a good 45 minutes. The pub is a good spot to people watch, enjoy some beers and the company you keep. If I bring my friends to HOB from South Florida, we would be hanging there for a while between the games and the beers for sure.

The only rooftop in Dunedin, also has live music. Very low key/almost dive bar. The beers were good but the mixed drink was a wells liquor and very watery. The food was fine but nothing special.

This is one of my favorite bars in Dunedin. They mostly sell beer and wine only. I have noticed recently that they have expanded to sell canned cocktails and the brands look legit (I have not tried their canned cocktails). I do believe that almost anyone would be able to find something they would enjoy here. They are famous for having over 40 beers on tap. Those beers change very frequently. If you like trying a bunch of different beers, they will almost always have something new for you. I'm a pretty much "stay in my lane" type drinker. I enjoy their house IPA that they make and that's what I stick with.I love that they also have entertainment of sorts. They have a room full of pool, hoops, dice, etc. They also provide some board games. Also, through the week they have Music Bingo (Tuesdays and it's a blast!!) and Trivia Wednesdays. Everyone there is friendly from the bartenders to the customers. They do also have a front and back patio space for outside seating. I took my brother and his wife on a mini-Dunedin bar crawl and this was also their favorite.

This place is huge and has a fantastic selection of craft beer and merchandise. However, I'm not sure if this is the norm, but the beers came in extremely small plastic cups, I want to say it was no more than 7 ounces. A typical beer is a 9 to 12 ounce pour, so this took me by surprise to receive a beer that was in such small sample cup. I'm not sure if they ran out of cups or if this is their every day practice. Also, I really wanted to buy a shirt but I couldn't justify paying $35 for an extra small women's T-shirt. Selection and friendly bartender service were the only hits for me.
