Double Decker

This was a fun little spot we found in Ybor city. It wasn't too crowded. They had some music going on and that was good.Prices were pretty average for the location and as a matter fact they started doing karaoke while we were there which was kind of funny. You don't think you're going to see that in a bar on the strip on a Friday night but what the heck. Nobody was too bad so it was OK. The drinks were average prices and average pours. They had a couple flavored vodka so that was OK. They were pretty serious about checking IDs at the door.

Environment was excellent but ended up leaving after 2 drinks because the bartender was horrible.After tipping generously on the first round of over-priced drinks (im from manhattan so $20 for a drink is typical, see receipt for comparison) my buddy ordered a round and I watched her use a metered shot glass to pour my margarita, barely tipped the Hendricks bottle to make 2 gin & tonics.... then used the metered pour for the drink for the guy next to me and left the tequila pouring, and tapped the bottle until the glass was early full.The egregiously pretentious see-you-next-Tuesday warrants a hard pass on another visit. Go to the southern belle down the street (again, see photo for price comparison on a round of drinks).

Great, fun karaoke bar! Great music selection, wonderful atmosphere. Very good drinks. Staff were very friendly; however, my biggest complaint is that they charge for water.... Who charges for water?

Great karaoke bar with great ambience and a lot of different groups of people entering all the time. It's right on the strip so it's definitely a great time with friends. Haven't tried the food here or sure if they even serve any. I was able to bring a pie that I purchased across the street and they accommodated me, very friendly

Double decker is one my favorite Ybor bars. You cannot go wrong with good vibes and karaoke! The drinks are priced right, staff friendly, and really karaoke is always the best. There is an outdoor patio area for those who are a little shy but want to sing which is my preference!

Sometimes, all it takes is one majorly bad thing to deserve a 1-star.Came here on a Sat night so the rules MIGHT be different on other nights or maybe not. But no matter how much alcohol you drink(and everything is massively overpriced in a place that is NOT fancy enough to be able to deserve those prices), when you ask for water from the tap, they will give you ONE cup of water and then you have to buy bottled water.I told the bartender I paid for 4 drinks and tipped on it and I can only have 1 cup of water before they require you order $4 bottles of water? He said it's the owner who made the decision and that apparently all of Ybor does it, and that the Ritz charges $6.Well this place ain't the Ritz and if it were, that's also BS. They'll gladly accept any amount of money for alcohol but when those same patrons want to sober up to be able to safely drive home, they're only allowed 1 cup of free water? Insane.I can 100% understand trying to keep the bar from being filled with people asking for water that came from other bars and haven't paid for anything, but let's be honest, how often does that actually happen? Look at the bar at any point in the night, there are always people ordering drinks or cashing out. Most aren't asking for water. I could keep going but you get the idea.Whether other places are doing it or not, it's the owner's decision and the owner made a poor decision. Even the bartenders are on the hook for this because they have leeway with drinks. One said that the owner watches them on a camera. Likely a lie but if it's true, what kind of sad owner watches to make sure his bartenders aren't giving free tap water to patrons who willingly paid $9 for a High Noon? Yes, I'm kind of ashamed to admit that I paid that much for a HN and was still only allowed 1 cup of tap water.

After drinking all night and you ask for a cup of water,they say that you have to pay 4 dollars to get a cup. As a visitor i would never coe back there. All clubs aroungd there has a jug of water for their customers. As a designated driver i find that unprofessional

Im a former retired state law enforcement and can tell you these bartenders and management are trying to get people drunk without providing water which can lead to alcohol poisoning and dehydration. The bouncer tried intentionally intimidating me because I carry a small purse for my medical supplies. The manager and bartenders immediately threaten to kick you out if you complain to them about anything they don't like. They were discriminated against me for my disabilities and actually started making fun of me for my terminal conditions. These people are awful and do not run a Proffesional business. It's as if they want the bar to be empty so then can play around with one another and are more interested in messing with customers and stealing their credit cards. I wouldn't be surprised if the bartender is drugging people as one person reported drugs in their beer. It's just awful !

Kassi is the greatest bartender of all time! We love it here! It is such a fun vibe. We love thr drinks and singing!

Went there last night and my total was $52 dollars. When I checked my bank they charged me $162 dollars. I tipped her $10 that's what made it $62 but we're did the other $100 come from????
