For Saturday brunch, we decided to have dosa from DosaHut. Since we had dosa from DosaHut before so, we kind of knew what to expect and what was the menu. When we entered the restaurant we got seated and after browsing through the menu we ordered Mysore Masala Dosa, Chili Rava Masala Dosa and Masala Idli. The service was good and soon we got our dosa as well as Idli.First we had Mysore Masala Dosa. The masala in dosa was cooked perfectly and dosa was delicious along with sambhar and chutney. Delicious dosa. Then we had Chili Rava Masala Dosa which was spicy with green chili and that made it delicious and tasty. Then we had Masala Idli which was soft and cooked perfectly and we had it with sambhar. The dosa and idli that we had at DosaHut was amazing especially dosas.

Called in for a carry out order. 2 Dosa's nothing crazy. They told me 20 mins on the phone. I arrived 25 mins later and they told me something happened in the kitchen and that it would take another 20 mins. An hour and 30 mins later still NO food. Mean while I have watched 3 other customers come in and leave with their food. Never again will I give that filthy establishment my money.

Flavorless food, bad ambience. Not sure if it was a bad day or food is like this on daily basis. We had to leave half of the food we ordered. Hope they improve soon.

Went on a Wednesday night to Dosa Hut. There were hardly anyone at the place. Seems they were waiting. We ordered Baby Corn Manchurian, Kanchipuram Idli, Masala Dosa and Rava Dosa. The batter was so much fermented that you can smell the sourness in the dosas. I was expecting good dosas as the name says Dosa Hut. Our dosas at home are far better than this place. The red chutney served, I can definitely say that was not made that morning. Sambar was also seem left over.Overall didn't had a good experience. Comparatively the Kanchipuram Idlis were streamed and fresh so they were good, but definitely not any of the chutneys or Sambar. And not to mention the Baby Corn appetizer was also ok.Revisiting this place- not in my list. Seems like a family owned restaurant or not, my suggestion is to maintain the quality, so that customers will revisit.

The spring dosa and rava chile dosa were excellent. The chutneys were good but the sambhar was ok not tasty and too salty. The bhel puri was good. We didn't like the papdi chat. The portions are huge. Small restaurant but we liked it and we will go again.

This restaurant is the former DosaHut off Hillsborough that was recently shut down due to lack of business. The restaurant had a soft launch this past week and I'm very sorry to say that the quality is extremely poor. My family and I arrived to dirty tables that were then cleaned with a used wet towel that left a horrible stench. The menu was hand written on a piece of paper and was limited. I ordered a masala dosa which was served crispy however the masala filling was cold and presumably made the day before. I've had Campbell's canned soup that had better quality, consistency, and taste than the Sambar served here. It appeared that the sambar was diluted with cold water for cost savings. The coconut chutney had no flavor and needs a bit of everything. I was asked to purchase soft drinks from the restaurant next door because there were none available. This establishment puts a major blemish on Indian cuisine and seems to be a disappointment to those living in the New Tampa area. I'd recommend Curry Leaves or Bay Leaves as a much better alternatives to great South Indian food in Tampa Bay.
