Had the garlic shrimp with dufongo. This was exceptional!! Me and my family also had churrasco and empanadas and arroz con gandules and we can't say enough great things about the food. We also happened to be there on their 5 year anniversary!! Honestly, I am still dreaming about their garlic sauce!! I wish I lived closer!

The food has good taste as for food truck but they are not cheap. double Gustazo is popular at local. It has wait time to pick up the food due to a lot of order. The food truck has some seated area. I got the the Carrucho with mofongo. The Carrucho is the conch. They processed the food very well. It have good number of conch. It come with a bit salad. The mofongo has good garlic mixed. It is delicious. Although is do not have the pork belly mixed in, but the taste is there. The only thing is the price is a bit steep. Almost $20. It is almost restaurant price with good ambient. For food trucks his price is on the high side.

One of the most delicious puerto rican food truck i ever had . They food was hot, so tasty and the food truck was so clean . I felt like I was eating my moms cooking thats how delicious the food was . We had pernil aka roast pork and rice and Pasteles which is a puerto rican Christmas dish . I also tried the fried chicken chunk and it was delicious as well. The entire staff was so nice and sweet . I will definitely be back to try some other dishes . They also have a frappe truck but I saw it too late but the frappes looks delicious can't wait to come back and try .

So I have been away from FL for some years and so I've been missing some good Puerto Rican food. And behold what do I see along the side of the road DG! Everything from the chicken to the empanada is cooked to order and served hot. It's a small family run operation and they put their love of PR in to all that they prepare. Each item was actually ordered one at a time, to be honest after the first bite of the sandwich I had to try another item. And each was just as good as the last to include the fries. I can truly say if a place serves crinkle fries they are already up in my book. And they were nicely seasoned. The chicken cracklings were outstanding. The next time will require ordering enough for left overs to include two empanadas.This is definitely my new go to spot. And they have a nice little outdoor area if you want to enjoy eating outside or eat in your car like I did

I ordered take out - 2 steak sandwiches that come with cheese, onions and peppers. They were so big we could have split one. The roll was soft, and the steak was flavorful. Service is excellent and friendly. Outdoor seating is why I did takeout. There is shade from umbrellas.

Thank you Lazara and family for your wonderful food! It was so so good. The shrimp and dufongo were so flavorful and came with a good amount of medium size shrimp. The skirt steak and tostones with the perfect flavor and texture. It was excellent. The alcapurria with chicken was a great taste with the pink sauce.Thanks for being so cheery and welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be back! So I came to Doble Gustazo for the first time this past Sunday, about a half hour before they closed. My experience was GREAT!!! As appetizers we ordered the seafood empanada and an alcapurria. For our main course, I ordered the Carne frita (fried pork chunks) with mofongo and my husband had the tripleta sandwich, we each had a passion fruit juice. Wow oh wow, the food was fresh, the pork chunks were juicy, the tripleta sandwich was so soft and flavorful! It felt like we were sitting at a quiosco in Puerto Rico. I'd highly recommend this little taste of Caribbean island cooking, you won't be disappointed. You don't want to miss this place, but it's so easy to miss it. It's a food truck kind of cart, with bench style tables in front. There's a sign as you enter the parking lot that says "coakley one", pull in, park your car and enjoy the food in the beautiful Florida weather. I'm actually typing this review as I'm sitting in their parking lot waiting for them to open. You will love it here. The food is great, the presentation in cute, the service is friendly (they care about your opinions here) and they even cater. When we asked the gentleman that was cooking, what do they offer on their catering menu, he said, "We make whatever you want!" Can't get any better than that. Support small business
