Ding Tea Pinellas

I actually didn't know this place existed until I saw it on the app Too Good To Go. I've had Ding Tea before and Mochinut as well, but this was the first time having it in Florida! The plaza it's in is a bit small, but it's on a non busy local street. I came by around 8:45 to pick up mochi donuts. I definitely should have came earlier because I did want to get a drink but it was so close to closing that I didn't want to bother the workers more. As I walked in the employees were already cleaned up and ready for close. Everything was clean and most items were already put away, but they had my order of mochinuts already ready which was awesome. I got 2 matcha, 2 churro, 1 glazed and one strawberry glazed. I was pleasantly surprised on the texture on all of them. Usually when it comes to closing the mochi nuts are a little stale. I was also nervous they'd be oily but they were great! Perfect texture. Chewy and not too sweet. Every mochi donut has the plain batter used to fry then has its own flavored glaze. Strawberry and plain glazed were my favorite. It gave the perfect amount of sweet that I needed. Churro could have had a bit more sugar on it for me and the matcha tasted exactly as it should. If you like your matcha flavor on the stronger side, this is the donut for you. Overall it was a good experience. I'll be sure to come back to try the cheese corn dogs and the boba. I have high hopes!

Wanted a nice refresher and some sweets to end our day after eating and this is right by my in laws place as we were visiting during the holidays. I enjoy eating Mochi donuts and everytime I try them at a new spot, I always compare to the best ones I've had, in my opinion. We got the chocolate, strawberry and matcha. The consistency and the texture was nice and chewy, but I'm not sure how fresh these were. The frosting, I was not a fan of. I'd prefer more of a glaze as these were messy to eat as the glaze is not hardened. The boba drinks were good though.

I've had a few different bobas in Pinellas county and I think this is my favorite so far. The store is fairly large and they also serve mochinut. The staff were all mostly kids but they got our orders on point. The ambiance was really nice as well. Great lighting and they have a few board games available too. The boba was by the best I've had so far in Pinellas county.I got the hazelnut milk tea with crystal boba and wifey got the taro milk tea with crystal boba. Both 50% sugar. I liked the taro boba a lot more than the hazelnut but both were incredibly refreshing. The taste was on point too. Not too sweet but just sweet enough. I would recommend you try this establishment if you're a fan of good boba.

Very good boba place! I've been to Ding Tea in CA and HI before. I'm glad they opened one here in Pinellas County! I always get their Taro Milk tea and Wintermelon milk tea. The interior can be a little better. A lot of kids working, so this place kinda lacks good customer service. They also have the mochinut area. I've had mochinut alot of times back in CA, they're really good and can be addicting! Overall this place is good, boba is good!

10/10! Very tasty drinks and unique doughnuts. What I love about it is the sweetest isn't too much. Their fruit teas are so refreshing and their doughnuts are such a fun texture to chew on. The employees are quick and the girl who attended us on the register was very friendly!

Love these boba place only down side is that the ac wasn't working that day.was kinda sad they didn't have golden boba tho

I am a huge Ding Tea fan! I have visited a few different locations, and the drinks are always consistently good. My favorite order from Ding Tea is the mango green tea with aloe Vera jelly. Also love their tiger milk & brown sugar milk tea with boba! The boba is always well-made and the perfect consistency. The only reason I knocked this specific location down a star is because they have the most unfriendly employees. The employees seem upset to even take your order. For a boba shop, I guess it doesn't matter too much how friendly the employees are because you interact with them for like 2 minutes, but it would be really nice if within those 2 minutes they were at least a little friendlier.

Neat place. Friends brought me here never had this experience before something totally new I was excited. Little overwhelmed trying to fig out what to order. Went with frozen strawberry slushy with the boba wow so good. Love frozen drink with surprise at bottom which is totally werd to suck up in those huge straws. But tasty.Got 3 donuts yum, 2 pink 1 green so tasty.Def worth a try. Staff was friendly and patient letting me fig things out and helped explain things.Super happy about that, thanks guys.I'll be back.

Strawberry slush with boba was super watery. Not the best smoothie and wouldn't recommend. Probably won't come back

When we arrived 20 minutes before they closed they did not tell us about what they were out of and they messed up all our orders and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and in the lady's words exactly "well you should not have come so late". Just a note to anyone who wants to get boba. service sucks and boba sucks this place does not deserve to be open and they should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT COME HERE!
