Dead Bob's

Pretty small dive bar with cool vibe. Food was fantastic, must have the Philly Eggrolls, amazing! Burgers substantial and delicious. The buffalo shrimp is good size and nicely wet seasoned. Servers and bartenders really nice AND competent, they worked to made accommodations for seating when packed establishment. Very busy and seemed to be local favorite.

Chopped CheeseThe place is populated by locals, and is in a strip mall tucked in the corner with a small sign. WORTH the time to find! Fantastic food, great daily specials. Very cool lively atmosphere. The seating is bar height and the room is encircled by TVs playing various sporting events. It was pretty loud.We had wings and a glorious chopped cheese sub, perfectly assembled. Sometimes a chopped cheese is not dine correctly, here it is. Wonderful staff, I was out with a tee shirt and it was about 50 degrees out. I was freezing and the manager saw me freezing and offered me a half price long sleeve pullover. Saved me that night. Great spot, a must when you're in St Pete. Thanks

We were going to St Pete for a job and decided to eat here for dinner. First major problem was the parking. There is none! A small strip in the front and this place was mobbed. We ended up parking across the street at a small Mall parking lot. Got inside and two bar seats were open so we grabbed them. Definitely a cozy atmosphere. In fact a little claustrophobic! We ordered two beers and ordered food. We were both very hungry. I ordered the wedge salad and got a side of blackened chicken. Hubby got a Ruben Burger. It took an hour for our food to come out. That being said, my salad was very fresh! Lots blue cheese and bacon but not a lot of dressing. I asked for some on the side and got some pretty quick. The salad was plenty big and the chicken on the side not that great. It was dry but I took it home for lunch the next day. Hubby's Burger he said was good but the corned beef was also dry. I guess we should come back when it's not spring break and do another review. Recommend the place for food not so much the location.

Our very first stop every time we visit St. Pete. Dead Bob's is a small, biker type bar with the absolute best people and food. We have eaten snapper, burgers, sandwiches and it is hard to pick my favorite! The people and patrons are welcoming and always having a happy, great time. Drinks are served quickly, the food takes a bit longer but is worth the wait. Great price too!

Can't say enough good things about my experience at dead Bob's. Was midnight, looking for food after coming back from a show, saw their kitchen was open until 3am. Had the smash burger. Probably the best burger I have ever had. Absolutely incredible, perfectly done. The bill came out to under $20 for a beer and a huge burger. Friendly staff as well. Experience so good came back the next morning for breakfast.

We came here to celebrate their 10 year anniversary. We had a great time. Big fans of Tequila Boys...Seranation and we were so happy to be here & to see all the local love. When I read the story of how Dead Bob's came about it resonated with me. I love a good back story and local love. We had a great time. Service, cleanliness, cost, & overall experience of a local dive bar was great.

Very cozy place. Small, and I haven't been when it wasn't slammed. Parking used to be quite tough with VERY limited spots and other spots where they will tow. Pricing seems appropriate and the food has never disappointed. Burgers are amazing and HUGE. The burrito is amazing and HUGE. Chicken wings are fresh and very tasty. Try their "healthy" broccoli as a side as it's well worth it (it's swimming in butter which is amazing). Although it's always busy, the service is excellent and servers are friendly. Can't wait to go back!

This is AMAZING here !!! The food is so GOOD !! My husband just LOVES the wings . When my mom comes to visit , this IS the first place she request to go . She likes to get the teriyaki boneless chicken. Done to perfection !! I really like their burgers . This is where the locals go !!! I totally recommend coming here !!The waitstaff are awesome too !!!

Five freaking stars all the way!! Can we talk about the "pork" wings....O M G these are soooo good! You must order these! We also had the wings, which were also soooo good as well. We will be going back for sure!!

We lost Willys on St. Pete Beach to hurricane Helene and i was so bummed but then i tried Willy's sister restaurant Dead Bobs ! Its got the same vibe, Awesome dive bar with great ( and cheap ) food and drink. And real customers and wait staff like our waitress Amanda. Very efficient with a side of Sass ! Haha. Great daily specials too. This is my new favorite for cheap eats or a couple beverages
