You guys...I think I've just found my NEW craving. Only carbovore's apply here, please, because this is pasta like you mean it! Dal Moro's is deceptively simple enough with their delicious pasta-to-go in take out cups designed for you to eat pasta on the run, but man, this takes a seemingly simple concept and ELEVATES it. So, if you know me, you know I love me some pasta. Everything here is customized to fit your taste and needs. I got the rigatoni pasta with Cacio e pepe sauce and added parmesean cheese to it. It was simple and delicious, piping HOT to the very end, and trust me, I took a while to eat it because it was pretty filling. I mean, the cup was heavy, but not to fear, I definitely finished. Now the pasta was PERFECTLY al dente, just like how they had it in Italy when I had gone two summers ago. It soaked up the light flavorful, creamy sauce of the cacio e pepe, and I thought the parm cheese added a nice touch and texture to the whole thing. Bear in mind, you need to keep the box open and avoid closing it and bringing it home, because if you do, your pasta will keep cooking and turn into mush. Luckily I was pretty hungry, and I bothered to read the cup. The servers here were very nice and explained everything to me on how their concept works. There's no limit as to the PASTABILITIES (see what I did there :P) you can create and I'm super eager to come back and try another combo...or just get the same thing, I wouldn't mind. This food is PERFECT on a cold day to eat and enjoy the beauty that is Armature Works. Never thought Italian food could be so portable, but here ya go!!!

It's a nicer version of Grand Central Market in DTLA (where I'm from). There's more seats (inside and outside). I love this pasta, it was so good. I have a small appetite so I couldn't finish the whole thing but I'm obsessed. I also loved the lemon sorbetto. The cashier was a little awkward, could've been a bad day but when I was ordering, she felt a little standoffish. She was also really quiet so it made it hard to hear what she was saying, especially with such an active environment. Total + tip: ~$26-27

Dalmoro's fresh pasta to go is always so good!!! I know their St. Pete location you can see the pasta being made into their shapes. It's pretty cool! The service is great and Armatureworks is always a vibe! I love a good selection depending on what I want to eat!!!

My dad ordered the rigatoni, and the sauce was surprisingly sour and rendered the dish inedible. My mom got something with ground pork and tomato sauce, but it was also very mid; she took leftovers home, and she still couldn't bring herself to finish it.This was our first trip to Tampa, and I'm somewhat disappointed that people recommended Armature Works. Sure it's cute, but the food is frankly subpar.

This was my first time trying this place and I was excited cause I love the idea of pasta to go. I love this little container it came in so that I was able to save it for later. However I was disappointed by the pasta because it wasn't cooked enough and wasn't soft enough for me. The sauce I got mamma Rosa (which is the pink sauce) was good and the chicken was good too. I would've enjoyed it more if it was cooked correctly. Service was fast and easy though.

I'd wanted to try DalMoros for awhile, and a lazy cozy Sunday was the perfect opportunity! I ordered the pesto and added chicken. It's filled to the brim, very fresh and hot. It tasted DELICIOUS! I really really loved this pasta! I ate about 2/3 of it and saved the rest for later, though it's definitely best fresh.I paid around $20 for mine with the added chicken, which felt a bit steep. I know it's fresh made pasta so I expected a gourmet pricetag, but this still seemed like "nice sit down Italian dinner" energy rather than "to go at Armature Works" energy.Regardless, it was so yummy and I really enjoyed it!

Cool in concept, lacks in flavor. With so much other good food at armature works, it's hard to compete there. Worth a try to say you had it but not a go to to keep going back to.

Pasta is one of my favorites and especially when it's fresh pasta! What I loved most about this place that it came in a sturdy to go container but you also got to create your own pasta bowl. Pick your sauce, pasta and any additional toppings. I enjoyed the experience and the employee at the register was very helpful and find. Made the experience even better. Give them a try!
