Stopping here was a great decision!I went there around 4pm, and the place was completely empty. They have some seats inside but at the back they have more seats.The staff took our order faster, and also they gave it really quickly.I ordered the fettuccine with Amatriciana. They gave us a box that was full of the noodles. They were very generous with the amount of pancetta because I had at least one piece in each of my bites. The taste of the sauce and the needles was amazing, specially after adding extra parmesan cheese, chili flaked, and garlic powder. I will definitely going back!

This was delicious! I was so surprised how good it was! I think my expectations were lower because it's a chain restaurant. But the food was truly really good! I got the Amatriciana pasta with fettuccine pasta and Parmesan cheese and chili flakes and garlic powder. The service was great! They have a lot of toppings. I like that you can choose your own pasta type here and any toppings you want. The restaurant is very casual, there's a really nice dining area in the back. I can't wait to come back again!

The FRESHEST pasta you can design your own meal, and you can also buy uncooked pasta for home. They have a lemon sorbet that taste exactly like the ones I've had in Italy. So good!

The food was fantastic! First you pick the type of pasta you want, then the type of sauce there are plenty to choose from between red or white, and then you dress it with whatever extras you would like. The service was impeccable and the place is very quaint. Quick, made to order, and delicious! Who could ask for anything more? There is not another place like it in Central Ave. We will be back to try the other half of the menu!

What a wonderful pasta to go adventure! It reminded me of a Chipotle. First, pick your pasta., then your sauce, choose any add ons and you are done! Friendly service and very clean. So ready to go back.

Comfort food to me is a toothsome pasta covered in a rich cream sauce with deep parmesean flavor. Love this concept, as pasta can get overly expensive at times. And, sometimes I just want some comfort food.I seek out restaurants that make their own pastas. Not only do they sell you a meal here, but you can also buy their wonderful pasta to take home and cook later.My only complaint is that they are in downtown St Pete, so I have to get someone to circle the block so I can go in and pick up pasta.

Highly recommend the tiramisu especially if you have a craving on the go! The pasta is fresh and delicious. The cacio pepe white sauce is my fave. Recommend buying fresh and making at home.

This place was awesome! Wonderful customer service! Yesterday was my Birthday and I from Pinellas County. Born in clearwater, raised in seminole and spend my younger land mid 20's living in St. Pete. I moved to Orlando for work in 2021 and was back in town to see my Family for my Birthday. I have been wanting to try this place every stinking time I come home (which is once a month) and I FINALLY did it! I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Daniel which was a smiley and friendly fellow. He was super kind and held a nice conversation and explained the menu to me as I told him it was my first time dining here. I picked the bolognese and mixed the pesto sauce and had the rigatoni. You could add toppings but I didn't want to make it weird as I already mixed sauces. WOW. By the time I sat down my buzzer went off and my food was ready. They make their own pasta in house and all of their sauces. I bought the tiramisu and Daniel kept it in the fridge till I was finished with my food. Its a nice hefty portion of food. A good cup 1/2 of pasta. My noodles were large and thicker than a snicker, al dente pasta, the sauces were good and super tasty. I tasted the bolognese very well with such flavor and the pesto I just couldn't make out the taste. Next time I will try separately before jumping into mixing sauces. I practically ate all my pasta and was too full to eat my dessert. I took my tiramisu to go which is why I didn't have a picture of it. But that was creamy and delicious, not too sugary but had a bit much of the cocoa powder on top as to which if I inhaled it, I would of choked to death...jk but it was a bit much. Daniel told me that this was the very first dalmoros was the St. Pete building and was opened by Chef DalMoro he lives in venice and allll of his recipes and sauces date back from his pasta family recipes. He comes to visit twice a year to all of his locations. Loved the atmosphere and the vibes. Its the perfect place in the prefect location. Definitely check this place out! Its impastable not to try.

Wonderful and innovative pasta spot in downtown St Pete. I have been to this location multiple times. First picture is when visiting the restaurant while I was downtown with my dog, they are pet friendly. The employees are so nice and helpful. Last night, I was a bit lazy so I ordered it for delivery. They recommend that you purchase the items separated and then reheat once it arrives. The pesto is probably my new favorite but I honestly love all the vegetarian sauce options. This time I also order the meat balls are they were delicious as well. If it is your first time going I recommend dining at the restaurant, they have a cute outdoor area in the back as well. And I love that they are open late night!

The outdoor seating in the back of the restaurant is beautiful, check it out. The food is pretty standard for pasta. They like to serve it all-dente.
