Just stopped in for a protein pick me up after the gym! My mom got the PB&J shake and I got the salted caramel iced coffee. Both had 24g of protein which we loved!! They had a ton of flavor options as well as energy teas!!! The owners were very sweet and accommodating.

This is another awesome Herbalife nutrition spot in the area. I love it because it's closer to where I live, and it's such a comfy place to chill and relax. I don't have to drive through Brandon traffic to get to it. They have great seating with high top tables and standard tables with bench seating. There are comfy lounge chairs as well. Their shakes are all under under 300 calories. They have vegan and gluten free items. The service is always friendly and professional. The menu items are affordable. What more can I say?I've been there numerous times for breakfast and lunch. The menu items are packed with 24 grams of protein. It's a meal replacement, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. It keeps your tummy full, and it's very satisfying. The acai smoothie bowl is very good, and very filling. You can choose from various toppings including chocolate chips. Sometimes we all need a little bit of sugar to keep us going. The fruit toppings are all fresh. I've had a couple of different shakes. All have been wonderful! I haven't tried the protein waffles yet, but I will next time.The service is always wonderful! The owner is a very nice lady. There is a nice article in the Osprey Observer about this family owned business. Her children also help out when they are not in class. Oh, and they are open on Sunday. It's a special day when you can bring your furry friend for pup cup day. Check out their Facebook page daily for deals and events. I now have two nutrition shops that are close by that I'll continue to visit more frequently.

New spot in town with a very positive vibe. They serve healthy snacks/donuts, teas, and shakes. I highly recommend this place! Family owned with great service.

Great, New, Fabulous Family owned and operated Healthy Smoothie Shop. I had a Tea on my first visit...so healthy and refreshing. Their shakes are amazing...you can't believe they are so healthy. And the homemade donuts are a so good. I will certainly be back. Worth the Drive

We have visited this shop multiple times. My favorite is the loaded energy teas. Protein shakes and waffles are very good to. Family owned and the customer service is amazing. We will definitely be back, maybe more than once a week

We visited Daily Blends this past weekend and we loooooved everything we tried. Our group had teas, shakes and doughnuts and they were delicious AND healthy! You add to that a wonderful service and welcoming environment and it's easy to say that we found our new favorite place to hangout with family and friends!
