Culver's

We went here for late lunch, they were friendly and good food and drinks soda. Recommend this place..

I recently visited Culver's right when they opened and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.To start, the bathroom was in terrible condition. Despite being one of the first customers of the day, it was already dirty, which was very off-putting.The service was also lacking. It took forever to get our order, even though the restaurant had just opened and wasn't busy yet. While the food was fresh, my fish sandwich was burnt, which was a major letdown. I expected better quality, especially for the price.Overall, this visit to Culver's was far from satisfactory. I hope they improve their cleanliness and service in the future.

Definitely a 3-star. Bun on chicken sandwich did not taste fresh and fries were warm even we asked for fresh fries. Sourdough was greasy too. Such a huge difference in quality from our local Culver's which is great. Will not be back

We had great customer servixe thru drive thru w the female employee at the board taking my orden patiently and the employee at the window cashing me out Omarie (male) wa soo nice n so polite. Love it . Great food too. .lakeland Culvers

We been going to Lakeland Northside since it opened before we would drive to Plant City Culver's. So the Lakeland Culver's has outstanding food although the service sucks do to the fact the Last three times they haven't gotten our order right! Since you have to wait awhile in the drive thru that when they finally bring out your Meal It Would What You Ordered.

I love it!!!! Everyone is very nice and helpful!!!!! The cod is delicious!!! The burgers are great!!!

On a road trip with very hungry kids, we stopped at Culver's because back home we live near one with great service. As soon as we walk in we are faced with about 15 employees standing by the front counter talking amongst each other, not working. Eventually, one of the employees comes over and stands at the register, still without being spoken to yet. Eventually we gave our orders, and the only words we heard were "Okay". We took our seats and to my surprise they had the food ready at the same time we sat down. My order was a burger, fries, and a milkshake. I first picked up my hamburger, which was not hot, but lukewarm. The bun was very stale. I tried my milkshake, which was melted, and the fries were soggy. I've never seen such horrible service from a Culver's. And compared to the location in Skokie, Illinois, I was not greeted upon entry, nor asked for my name for them to serve me, and there was no sense of professionalism.

I frequent the restaurant and enjoy everything. So, I get a trivia quiz on my phone. Since I enjoy Culver's I answer the trivia questions. Then, I see another screen with survey questions. I exit the screen. Now, I'm getting harassed with numerous Medicare insurance calls. I am upset with Culver's for 'selling' My info to these harassing marketers. I will boycott Culver's until they remove my info from their selling list.

This was almost 4 dollars and it's not even half full. What a rip off. I'll go to Dairy Queen before I will ever get frozen items from here again

We ate here in April , we have eaten at the one in Knoxville Tn. and it was great so we tried this one the burgers were burnt and this was very disappointing it took awhile for them to come out . We won't eat here again.
