This lobster roll was just okay to me. The bread was nicely toasted and buttered, and the pieces of lobster were a good size, but the flavor was a bit more fishy then my liking. It gave a bad aftertaste. Thank God the guy standing next to us at our table was nice enough to share his caramel corn and save the day from the weird aftertaste.

If you are looking for delicious Maine lobster, look no further!!! Crustacean Station's "got lobstah?" truck is amazing!We decided to get dinner and meet the truck at Big Storm Brewery. They travel to different places and set up their food truck. On their Facebook page they list where they will be.I ordered the lobster bisque with extra lobster meat. It was outta this world delicious!!! Worth adding the $3 for the extra lobster meat. It was $10 for the bowl, but worth it to me. I LOVED IT!After we had the lobster roll with butter. It was great lobster meat on a bun served with chips. The lobster roll was a bit small, but when combined with the soup a filling meal. I will definitely visit the truck again when I am in the mood for amazing lobster!!!

The staff was great. And the food was out quick. The ingredients are nothing less than top. The Mac and cheese was creamy, bacon was crisp, and the lobster was cooked nicely. The only thing that I would change is the pricing. For the Mac and cheese with bacon added it was $17. But again, I do understand why. The flavors were there and it was combined beautifully. Wish I could have taken a picture, but I devoured it too quickly.

Lobster roll was great. Tasted fresh and had a good amount of lobster. The price was a little higher than most in the area and the roll was smallest that I've had so far in the Tampa area.

I finally caught up with these guys on their travels around the area as a food truck. I can't say enough about how fresh and tender the lobster rolls were. You see, I was on a quest to find good lobster rolls in Florida. Look no further. I know the difference and have a favorite place to go in Maine for the real thing. Follow these guys on their facebook page to see where they will be in the near future. We met up with them at the Marker 48 Craft brewery in Brooksville. Look for my review of Marker 48 to be posted later tonight. The lobster bisque was good, but unremarkable. The prices are fair to me $15 for a traditional cold lobster roll with mayo on a tender toasted bun. They also offer a hot lobster roll with hot butter and no mayo that was good also for $15 but the main event for me was the traditional style. I will add photos soon. Enjoy!

Place is fantastic. Not sure what the other reviews are about. I grew up in Mass, school in Maine so I know genuine lobster rolls. This little food cart has authentic New England lobster rolls two ways, 1 with mayonnaise (traditional) and the other with butter. I prefer the mayonnaise version. The rolls are grilled and toasty, lobster fresh and tender. Love this place. They also had a wonderful lobster bisque and blueberry pie that were killer. If you know true lobster rolls, try this place! It's fantastic! I just wish I could find this cart more often!

Ok we just had their lobster roll outside Crooked Thumb in Safety Harbor, mayo for my wife and butter for me. We swapped flavors. I have to say that was the best lobster roll I have ever had. And we have been to Petey's in NH several times. The roll is perfectly cooked and the lobster is fresh and tasty. Five stars and I may go back for another one. Really good stuff. Old couple who know what they are doing.

I've never had lobster rolls this delicious or as true to the New England tradition. Crustacean Station provided a variety of lobster-based delicacies, each more mouthwatering than the one before. I'm partial to the hot lobster roll and the Mac n cheese, but it's all amazing. The food quality is only matched by the incredibly warm customer service. I will pick up a meal or snack here at every opportunity!

Finally had a taste of their lobster rolls at the st.pete seafood and sweet food truck rally and I would say it was worth the wait! They had the longest line at the event (probably because it was maybe 1 of 2 trucks that actually had seafood), but after maybe an hour of waiting we finally got to order and taste the lobstahhh! We ordered the Maine lobster roll with butter that came with cape cod chips and the bacon and cheese lobster roll that also came with cape cod chips. I had a taste of both and they were totally worth the money and the wait! The butter lobster rolls was about $16, and the bacon lobster rolls was about $17 or $18 (can't remember). The chips we got seemed like we got the bottom of the bag because it was a little crummy, and the Texas toast the roll was served in was a bit soggy- and could have been bigger and crunchier, but I will say the lobster portion was good! Both rolls had a lot of flavor, and i would definitely be craving for another roll in the near future!

Outstanding lobster roll!!! You can not find a better lobster roll at high end restaurants.Hats off to you guy for a fresh and delicious lunch today in downtown Tampa!Please come back next month.
