Crumbl - Trinity

I order Crumbl through the grubhub delivery service and the desserts were delivered quickly and quality of service was superb. The lemon glaze was my absolute favorite! It is moist and soft to the bite. My husband loved the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk. He said it was full of chocolate but not too sweet. Absolutely love Crumbl Cookies!!

It's a bit hard to review a place that has so many cookies in rotation each week, but I think it's a decent spot for unique cookies. Some are better than others, but you can use the app to see each cookie's rating! Some cookies are far too sweet, so you'll have to try some to figure out which ones you like. Some of my personal favorites that aren't too overwhelmingly sweet are: Frozen Hot Chocolate, Lemon Cheesecake, Blueberry Muffin, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Raspberry Butter Cake, Triple Berry Cobbler, and Chocolate Toffee Cake. Some of the ones I would skip: honey bun, pumpkin cake, eggnog, blueberry cheesecake, lemon poppyseed, cookie butter lava, confetti, dulce de leche, milk chocolate chip, and chocolate pumpkin cheesecake.

Walked into the cozy aroma of cookies fresh from the oven! The place is so simple- two iPads, one register, a sheet of display cookies, and cookie makers and preppers galore in the open-view kitchen. PB Buckeye is here this week! It's only here twice a year and it's here! Go get one! Side note: You can order ahead- this plaza has my least favorite parking lot- so order ahead so you can send your teen inside to pick up while you circle the lot!

The best cookies! We like to try and come once a week to splurge on a fun treat. Nice variety and the menu changes weekly, so there's always something new to try. Super fast and excellent service as well! I don't think I've ever waited more than a minute to pick up my order, even when they seem busy.

Slowest Crumbl ever...ive been here a few times and they never have cookies ready.today was even worst, been sitting inside for 40min now and still no cookies. people who ordered before me have started leaving without getting their order...I'm about to do the same. this is insane!!!!

Salty cookies...? I excitedly bit into this Chocolate Chunk cookie (in dim lighting) and all I could taste was salt! I'm like "ew that was weird lemme try again" and again, disgusting... told my husband to try it and he's like "gross that's salty" so I turn on the lights and indeed it's covered in salt?? What?? Definitely not advertised as such or we would never have bought it... our other three cookies also had salt remnants on them, including the other chocolate one. In conclusion, we spent over $17 on four salty cookies, that would have been just average anyway, even if it weren't for the salt. I dig the all-white decor though.

Tried the banana loaf and it was mushy. Tried the semi sweet chocolate chip cookie and it tasted more like cake. Tried the triple chocolate and it tasted like a coconut cookie. The only good cookie was the churro cookie which was amazing. Light cinnamon taste with a not overly sweet cinnamon frosting.

Overhyped cookies! Just super sweet batter. No real service experience. Might as well be run by robots. No teal ambiance. I prefer Local small businesses. Not going back, guess we fell for the hype and pink boxes like everyone else.

Positives-the staff was very nice and professional -the location was very clean -the idea is intriguing Negatives-the price is very high at $5 per cookie and led me to believe it would be one of the best cookies I've ever had-the cookie was average and not worth the priceI purchased the French Silk Pie Cookie. It looked lovely and was hand delivered to me in a lovely pink box. All of the hype from how the store was set up, the ordering experience, and the price led me to believe I was in for a real treat. But I was quite disappointed to find that there was no depth of flavor. It was ok, but nothing special. For the first time in my life, I used the word "pretentious." Next time I want a cookie, I'll be going to nearby Panera Bread to get a kitchen sink cookie (unique and above average) or traveling to Countryside Mall and getting my favorite cookies of all time from The Great American Cookie Company for less than $2 each.
