Crumbl - USF

Finally getting a chance to see what the hype is all about plus it's free thanks to T-Mobile Tuesdays. I had the pleasure of visiting the USF/Temple Terrace location. The workers were nice and pleasant to talk to but took a minute to acknowledge me upon entering the store. Since this was my first time I learned of a few fun facts that the desserts are made fresh daily with an exciting weekly rotating menu from the best chocolate chip cookies to mini pies and cakes. The flavors are creative, and the cookies are huge. I decided to try the chocolate chip cookie which was huge, loaded with chocolate chips morsels, but a bit doughy in the middle; although very tasty. Got to try the new USF location.If you aren't already familiar with Crumbl, they change out 4 flavors weekly. You can sign up for their rewards program and you get a free cookie on your birthday.Sometimes their flavors are a hit or miss but for the most part I've enjoyed a lot of them. This week I tried their lemon cupcake, m&m, strawberry ice cream bar, and peanut butter cookies & cream. The pb was shockingly a letdown as I didn't get much of that pb flavor. The strawberry was also underwhelming. The other 2 flavors were good.

So this was my first time trying Crumbl and it was meh. The ordering & pick up process was easy. The cookies tasted doughy with little flavor. I tried several varieties but none wowed me. And that's the way the cookie crumbles

These cookies are always over the top and delicious! I look forward to the new cookies every Sunday!

The best cookies around. Favorite are the peanut butter, anything with lemon, and children's favorite is sugar cookies with sprinkles. The service is fast and they have their employees always greet you upon entry to store. When entering the store the smell of fresh baked cookies is so enticing. The open concept is a plus when you get to see them mixing , baking and decorating.

First time eating Crumbl and I got the Cookies and cream brownie ... it was the best, cookies were ehhh. Could've passed on the those this week.

Ordered a 4 pack and cookies were not very fresh except for the Chocolate Cake. It might be my oversight not reading the description but both the Turtle cookie and the peppermint icecream cookie were cold which was unexpected. The turtle cookie was quite hard to break off and eat while the Cinnamon roll cookie was a bit too crispy on the edges(check the pictures).It is a sugar overdose - the frostings are way too sweet and can be toned down and still taste good. Am hoping the lack of freshness might be related to us ordering towards the end of the day and might give it one more try. Cookies themselves tasted good - my kids loved the cinnamon roll cookie without frosting hands down!
