Crumbl - South Tampa

Great Crumbl location - I have been here a few times now and never had any issues. I've ordered inside and curbside. The cookies are always fresh and warm. The customer service is good too!

This chocolate chip cookie is top tier and easily one of the best I've ever had. The service was really good, they have kiosks where you can order and pay w/o having to interact with anyone. The ambiance is nice, great location on S Dale Mabry. If you have a sweet tooth that needs it craving satisfied I would stop by and check Crumbl out!

I was craving cookies so of course I had to hit up Crumbl. I love that the cookie menu rotates the flavors so you can always try something new. The Semi-Sweet Chocolate chunk is the tried and true. It never disappoints. Soft ooey gooey goodness. This week they had a Kentucky butter one that was bomb and a fudge sandwich cookie that was 10/10. The wedding cake was pretty good but wasn't a fan of the pearls on top, too crunchy and hard for my liking. Staff are always pleasant and easy to park. My only critique is that these bad boys run you about $4.50. That being said, it is gourmet and the cookie will last you 2-3 days with how big it is.

Crumble is always a cute looking little spot to pick up some yummy cookies. The server was very nice and offered help even tho I was just ordering on the computer and didn't need any.They were fast and I got my box of 4 quickly.I loved all the cookies but 2 of them were a little crispy, I prefer soft cookies. Brownie and The semi chocolate chunk seemed like they was very crunchy. I've only had a chocolate chip from crumbl once before that was soft so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be hard or soft now. Either way it was fine and I would go back because crumbl is a hit sometimes. But over cooked cookies are not my fav.

I've waited a LONG time to try Crumbl. I constantly watch the Crumbl reviews on TikTok but I've never thought a week was as strong as this week (9/25/23) so I never felt super compelled to get a 6-pack and try them. This week with brookie, pumpkin cheesecake, banana cream pie, Biscoff white chocolate...I needed to do it! I walked in around 6:30 PM, ordered my 6 on the machine (the 4 mentioned above, plus milk chocolate and pink velvet) and had my cookies in minutes. It was $24. They showed me the cookies to ensure they were what I wanted, and off I went! I met my best friend at the Causeway where we sat without our cookies before a nice evening walk. Banana cream pie - this thing fell apart in my hands and was so heavy from the cream topping, but it tasted phenomenal! Juuuust like banana pudding, down to the wafer on top.Brookie - my 10/10 cookie; half brownie, half semi-sweet chocolate chip...super soft...truly a star of a cookie. I would go back for this one.Pumpkin cheesecake - pumpkin spice / fall flavors in a nutshell! I thought the frosting was a bit heavy but that seems to be my overall consensus for most of the cookies.Milk chocolate - actually really enjoyed the switch up from semi sweet to milk chocolate chips here! This cookie was thick and I liked it a lot.Biscoff white chocolate - I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor (especially the white chocolate chips) but felt it was a bit dry.Pink velvet - too sweet, like cake batter with that frosting on top, didn't have more than the one bite.I love the activity of getting the 6-pack and doing a taste test with a friend, partner, etc. I think it's super fun and such a unique thing Crumbl has doing for them.

First time "Crumbler" here! I'm all about what's in rage in desserts, having heard so much about Crumbl alredy that it's only a matter of time before I get my hands some some of these cookies. Perhaps I'm so to get on that bandwagon, i don't know. At any rate, my chance finally came up while I was going to FitLife next door (ironic, I know) and walked right in. The store itself is quite clean and spacious, colored with the same adorable pink as the box itself, which is a nice touch. You order from the kiosk when you first enter. Crumbl has a decent assortment of flavors, so it's not hard to find one that would suit your fancy. I zeroed in on the Pumpkin cheesecake (recommended by my twin has been to Crumbl many, many times, and not to mention how much I love anything pumpkin) and the Biscoff one. My order was ready within seconds of paying. The first impression I had upon seeing my cookies was--"Oh my gosh, I can't believe how big they are!" which i guess would be partly why these babies are nearly 5 bucks a pop. Being that they were so huge, I decided that having both cookies the next day would just be unthinkable, so I went ahead and froze my pumpkin cheesecake cookie, which you need to eat chilled anyway, and left me with Biscoff the next morning. What a smart choice that was. The biscoff cookie was large and soft, with that warm undertone of the biscoff cookie butter and the sweetness of the white chocolate and crowned with a Biscoff cookie, it was a great treat first thing in the morning along with some coffee. It's bascially a Biscoff cookie if Biscoff were large and soft baked. It's actually great for breakfast, especially if you eat biscoff for breakfast with coffee. So far, so good. This morning, one week later, I get out the pumpkin cheese. It froze the whole week, and yesterday I took it out and placed in the fridge overnight, but it was all good. (It's recommended you eat this chilled anyway and my twin, my cookie correspondent confirmed this.) I did heat it up for ten seconds to just be sure I wasn't biting into a solid block of ice. The cookie was very good and held up nicely despite being frozen for a week, so just in case you can't finish your cookies, yes, you can freeze them. The cookie part was nice and soft with a warm cinnamon flavor despite the cookie itself still being chilled from the fridge. I really loved the pumpkin cream cheese frosting generously topping it with more cookie crumble. It was thick, creamy, and brought on all the pumpkin spice fall feels I've been looking for. I'll definitely be back, especially with knowing how well the cookies store. They offer different flavors each week, so I'll be sure to keep up to date with the website to see what I'd like to try next!

This place is popular! It is Valentine's Day and it is either couples coming in or guys picking up 4 cookies! I spy 17 people waiting!Place looks clean. Employees are organized. They immediately told us that one of the cookies we wanted wouldn't be available for 20 minutes. Did we want a 2nd choice or want to wait?We chose to wait! We are seeing at least 5 employees hustling around to take orders or make cookies. Yummy!Great cookies!

Big cookies here!Price is $4.60 per cookie and one cookie can serve 2 - 3 people. Choose from 6 flavors. Also, you can preorder a box of smaller sized cookies. They were out of chocolate chip at the moment so we got the chocolate pumpkin cheesecake (a chilled cookie).

I've been waiting to try these cookies after some friends mentioned it! It's located in a plaza next to Barre3, so it made for a good treat after my workout (all about balance right??). I decided to go all out and try 6 different flavors. The weekly menu rotates, but it seems like they keep the chocolate chip and maybe the pink sugar constant. I thought the cookies were tasty, but not worth so much hype. They are very large dense cookies, so I would definitely factor that in when picking how many you want.

Im not sure why or why was going on but I had no frosting on my cookies I was in such a rush I didn't even notice I was trying to beat the rain just to have to go back to get it fixed
