Crumbl - Riverview

Always a good experience at this location! Their cookies always come out so cute and tasty. A little too sweat for my liking but still good once in a while. Not sure if this is the case for other locations but this one is pretty small and doesn't have any seating inside or outside. Service is decent.

I'm usually very satisfied with the store, employees and my order. Today was the exception for several reasons. The lobby area when which walk in was extremely dirty and covered with leaves and some debris. Not a good look when your first open and lite door traffic.I understand that this is not the dream job people aspire to but if your disturb by a customer coming in for an order and you have to fill it, then maybe front of the house isn't for you. Tossing in the cookies haphazardly isn't a good trait.The counter tops could also use a decent scrub down as well. Not what I expected on this which was one of many orders I have placed and picked up. Maybe next time will be better if there is one.

This had to be one of the fastest experiences I've ever had when it comes to purchasing food. We walked in, placed our order, and about a minute later we were being handed our cookies. The atmosphere was kind of clinical, but extremely clean well organized, and overall nicely branded. The cookies, the most important part, were absolutely delicious. I love the fact that they swap out the flavors each week. Great experience.

If I had my cookies delivered I'm sure I would have been given a 5 star review. But I went to the Riverview, Fl. location. This location needs an EXTREMELY DEEP CLEANING DONE LIKE YESTERDAY!!! It smells like wet dogs and is very dirty. I thought it would smell like a sweet bakery but instead the place somehow smelled like wet dogs. I went at 10:30ish in the morning and the kiosk hadn't been wiped down and the counter the tablets sit on was very visibly dirty. The floors in the customer lobby area are nasty, like orange grimy nasty. It was normal to see giant crumbs of cookie on the work floor but that's an expected mess. But Just the stench of wet dogs and the dirty counter made me question if I even wanted to buy anything from this location. I didn't want to drive to Brandon for the second time so early in my day so I, very nervously, placed an order. Nervous because if a place of dirty and smells gross what's in my food?! How do I know if the cooking utensil are clean? What if the whole place is dirty and I end up getting sick?! Normally if I walk into an eatery and it's nasty I walk out immediately because of my before mentioned concerns. I received my order and like others mentioned the cookies are presented to you like a briefcase full of unmarked bills. No word are spoken by the presenter. You review the goods, they close the box and you take your goodies and leave. It's like an introvert dream. As for the cookies...well...they were delicious. Moist, well cooked. And I didn't get sick. I wish I got the mini's because the large cookies are exactly that. Large, which was a bit too much for me. I took little samples off each and left the rest for my family. The cookies were well worth it. I will go to a different location next time but the cookies were really good. So I would not recommend the Riverview Florida location...unless you like the smell of wet dog and don't mind dirty spaces. But I do recommend trying other locations of Crumbl cookies.

Good- Cookies amazing as always! Service great as always. Ambiance bright and welcoming as always.We cashed in our neighborhood mailer for a FREE cookie! Got it for my son! These flyers work! Hope there will be more. Definitely gets ya in the doors to order cookies.Hope they fix the additional kiosk at the FOH bc there is limited space to hold patrons and limited staff to ring up others so the small waiting spaces can get packed quickly.

From this location we tried the caramel apple and the new oatmeal mallow sandwich. Both were very good to me. I loved the spice from the caramel apple and the fresh apples pieces on top and the oatmeal was simple amazing. That one was my sister's favorite.

Absolutely love this crumble cookies. They are delicious and the delivery where ever is a huge plus! The service is always fast and friendly and the stores are always happy and clean. Will continue to use and would recommend to friends and family.

Overall I love these cookies. The traditional chocolate chip is my favorite. I've been to different locations the one off Causeway is the most efficient. The one off 301 needs some designated spots for curbside so the staff isn't lost when trying to find your car.

First time going to this location, I was not greeted by anyone. I went to go redeem my free cookie for my birthday, however; there was a young lady who saw me standing there after 8 minutes and asked if I had been helped. I didn't know how to redeem it through the kiosk so she assisted me and it was a quick exchange. I would go back to this location, I actually went again recently to try their banana pudding it was good but super sweet.

Your chocolate cookies were raw and taste like flour. Try to explain to the worker about the raw cookie. She gave me attitude. customer service 0/10 started at 8:12 PM date 7/30/24 you can look back at your cameras girl was wearing purple crocs and was putting the raw cookie dough in the clear bucket. sorry. #ThrowingThemGivingAttitude. we are weekly visitors and never had a cookie like this, but worker refuse to listen to put in the cookies for more time. Thank you
