They are good. I've had better service in the Clearwater store that is on Gulf to Bay

I've heard nothing but good things about Crumbl Cookies so I decided to pick up a box for our Mother's Day get together. I already knew they are not open on Sundays so I ordered them on the app for pick up on Saturday night.These cookies are gigantic! One of my gym friends said that she gets them and cuts them into quarters and I see why! By the way, they sell a cutter that will allow you to cut the cookies into fours, my in-laws had it. Anyway, I got a box of a dozen and was able to try a couple different flavors. Everyone at our family get together loved them and thanks to cutting them into fours, everyone got to sample a couple flavors. I think my favorite was a toss up between the lemon one and the raspberry one. I am a big peanut butter and chocolate fan so I see returning here in the future to pick up one or two for me and the hubs.

Tried cookies from here a couple times and have started to notice a common theme, the cookies are consistently undercooked! A nice chewy cookie is one thing but these cookies are genuinely just underdone and thrown into the box. The most recent order we had was 3 small cookies and the pumpkin square. The pumpkin square was extremely undercooked and just raw batter in the middle. The 3 mini cookies were also vastly different sizes??? No consistency except consistently underdone. Tried to give it a few chances.

Bugs like crazy crawling up the wall. Very concerning. It was my first time trying, won't be returning.

The chocolate Chip Cookie is one of the best I have ever had! I love trying the different flavors they change weekly.

Wow! Top notch Crumbl location (and we've been many of them!). Grand opening today so you would expect confusion and a scattered atmosphere, but things ran smooth as silk! Kudos to the owners & management for the excellent service & smiles! If you've never had a Crumbl cookie, wait no longer! They change flavors every week, with the exception of the chocolate chip & sugar cookies. Today's flavors also included Oreo Sandwich, Strawberry Cheesecake, & Cinnamon Frybread. The menu will be different starting every Monday.

I love there cookie they are so moist and really good. there service is good there employees are nice and respectful. They are so good for a first timer I would recommend going there

I ordered Valentine's Day cookies on the mobile app at roughly 7:30 am on 2/14. called the Palm Harbor store at 8:04 and spoke to a young man to confirm the delivery addresss and to confirm this order. First, he seemed confused after giving my information and my receipt number. after a few miniute on hold he was able to find me in the "system." Several hours go by and I have yet to receive a message from my loved one in regards to recieving their Crumbl cookies. So I messaged and asked if a surprise had arrived? nothing. Called the store yet again to a young woman who yet again, "can not find my information in the system.". Now, after being charged including a tip for delivery and then asking to speak to the clueless manager who also can not find the order. was told by BOTH employees that "this happens with door dash. That they will refund me my money, and to put in another order." Now, 5:30 pm. After simply asking to make a new deceivery and please fulfill the order. was told NO. I have not received my refund. My holiday order was never received. the absolute worst customer service I may have ever receive. Simply ashamed for this company. The concept is very sweet and I was looking forward to sharing it with a loved one.
