Lots of people baking cookies, but no one fulfilling orders. This place is a mess. No supervision and no one providing direction. Management needs to wake up!

These were delivered to me yesterday. I would have been disappointed if this would have been delivered to someone from me. I have no clue what kind of cookies and the over all presentation was not nice. The pink cookie looked like someone have hands all in it. The box was left on my dirty porch not in a bag.

We were nearby having a sushi lunch and decided to stop by here for "dessert". Family had told us about their cookies and how delicious they were and the place sounded intriguing.It's completely takeout. You wait in line to order and pay and then pick up your cookie(s). The selections available that day were posted on the wall behind the counter. There wasn't anything that appealed to me, specifically, but we decided to buy just one. My husband likes ginger snaps and we got one in that flavor family. You can tell that it was just okay by the fact that neither of us can remember the exact name of the type of cookie it was. They put the one cookie in a box by itself. It was big, but not huge as we'd expected. And for the size, it was pretty expensive.In any case, we are glad we stopped by. Now we won't feel like we are missing out on anything.

Love this location in Lutz. I have been coming to this location once a week for the last month and happy what the service. I typically place my order online and it's always ready when I arrive.

Disappointed with Birthday Treat Policy at Crumbl Wesley ChapelMy daughter's 13th birthday fell during a tournament weekend for TORHS (Roller Hockey Tournament Series) in Wesley Chapel. We were excited to celebrate with a free cookie from Crumbl, as advertised. Unfortunately, they wouldn't honor the birthday freebie because she didn't have it loaded on the app.We've been loyal customers at this location, and for a $4.49 cookie (plus tax), it felt unnecessary to turn away a customer, especially on a birthday. We were hoping for a fun treat between tournament games.While I understand promotions might have guidelines, a little flexibility for a birthday celebration would have gone a long way. Disappointed with this experience.

Super late post. Not sure if it was just this location but it was our first time coming here and it was not a great experience. Social media created such a buzz that I was excited and so was my daughter. However it was disappointment all around. I think my daughter was more excited than I was, we walked in, and I'm not even sure we were greeted so that probably led to the confusion of how to order and how the rest of our experience went. There was a girl at the counter so we ended up walking up. We were confused because we came in for a specific flavor not realizing they have a rotating menu of some sort. Then there was a platter in front of her and with no names so it's like you have to guess what they were. Any normal person would have been able to tell that we had no idea and that it was our first time. I really thought she was going to explain the cookie flavors at least a little bit to us but no, I had to ask about each one. Then she made it seem like we had to order from the computer thing that we first passed coming in, which I think that had the flavors listed on it and could have saved us some time. Then another family came in after us and ordered directly from her. Whatever, at that point I was over it. Overall I wasn't wowed with the selection for the day but my daughter was not going to let me leave without buying some. We picked the 4 pack and for the price of them, they really weren't that good. They tasted like regular cookies. We ended up with chocolate chip, pop tart looking one, fruity pebbles, and pumpkin pie. The pumpkin pie one was warm and the only one that tasted really good. The fruity pebble one tasted like stale cereal, so gross, that one never again. To each their own. I think I will try them again when the peanut butter flavors are available. But I'm in no hurry.

First-time customer. IF I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered 6 cookies delivery. This place is extremely expensive to be handing out cookies like the ones I received. 6 cookies came to roughly $36 with delivery fees. I knew something was wrong when the box felt like it weighed 10lbs, but I remained optimistic because I did see where the cookies were on the thicker side of things. The cookies we ordered are pictured in the attachments and I will spare you the play by play on each. The cookies were not only so messy in the box, but not that tasty. I could truly go on and on about my dislike for each cookie and why. I would simply say, don't try them. I only purchased the expensive cookies because my niece wanted to the Tik Tok "review trend" and we did it, but the cookies were nasty and it wouldn't trust the ppl saying they're good -- I now think they're all paid actors. Flavors: Chocolate Chip (has peanut butter in it -- just OK)Pink Sugar (nasty and sweet)Café De Leche (or something... nasty)S'mores (that one was OK) Sugar cookie with chocolate frosting (too much frosting)6th cookie - nasty!

Love crumbl and this location is always good to us! Customer service is always great, the order is ready when it's suppose to be and they usually have what I want in stock!

Stopped by after dining out with husband for warm chocolate chip cookie for him & the cinnamon cookie for me. Their computer was down so cash only but that did not stop any of the several patrons in the store. The staff were great and oh my goodness those cookies were fabulous. We shared the warm & fantastically gooey delicious chocolate chip in car! Shared the cinnamon at home with forks. Such a nice way to end a Wednesday.
