Crumbl - North Lakeland

We enjoyed our purchase. She was very happy I choose her favorite and had it in the Pink. We got an assortment of flavors. The line and lobby was pancaked as much as people waited outside. We even placed an order online hours ahead and that didn't cure our wait. The website was even crashing . May want to address that . The ambiance was unorganized and we didn't know where to stand . Signs would help. No one greeted us , complete disarray but my husband managed to pick up while I left to make more room.

The flavor of the week is "Sea Salt Toffee" 5/5The perfect combination of sweet with a hint of salt. Pistachio Gelato 2/5 I didn't like the consistency. Customer service (1/5) POOR customer service This is the first location where I have received poor customer service. No one greets customers upon entering, the employees are always in the back. Rarely is there anyone in the front to assist with placing an order.

Fast service, yummy fresh, new selections each week, rewards program. That cookies and cream milkshake is so tasty! And the chocolate sea salt caramel is soft , moist and flavorful!

Fast ordering and pretty quick pickup.I like crumbl but this location kinda had me feel like little rushed with pickup and one of the cookies didn't have the topping right i think.

All the cookies are always amazing. The employees were super friendly, service was fast and the ambiance was as expected of any crumbl. We are due for another trip to get some cookies.

Exceptionally good cookies, but i have a complaint. Why does thy cookie shop close early on sunday's? My brilliant ideas of acquiring thou cookies, was turned down by thy's female blood related morsel. The day she accepted my request, THEY WERE CLOSED??! At dusk on a Sunday. What an atrocity. AND another area where i take issue with, why replace a perfectly good cookie, with a cup of cake? Thou should add a seventh cookie if you're going to add cake.

If the cookies tasted as good as the cakes I would really enjoy this place. Sadly the cookies are trash.

Every-time I go to this Crumbl there's always an issue. I put in a curbside order and sat outside for almost 45 minutes, just for me to go inside and ask where my cookies were and they were just sitting on the counter. There is a really rude worker, white lady with glasses and brown hair, ignores you when you ask for help and responds incredibly nasty. I don't normally complain and I understand Crumbl is usually busy, but the works here are rude and have 0 customer service. I recommend going to the Brandon Crumbl (the workers are actually pleasant there) or a local bakery instead.

the one star is for the absolute awful, horrendous service!!! cookies are good honestly ok, my kids like them so ok! but goodness , the service is the worse ever!!!We ordered our cookies our name was on queue then off queue and no cookies and on top of that everyone that ordered after us and way after us received their cookies before us! not until I had to say something, for us to get service. This is unacceptable. Not a happy customer!
