We were in Armature Works for seeing the decorations for halloween and we decided to have dinner from the food stalls at Armature Works. We decided to have dinner from Cru Cellars as it was recently opened. From cru cellars we started the order with beer Bell's Oberon Wheat Ale Single beer and for food we ordered Chicken tenders with regular fries and Buffalo Cauliflower. The good thing about them is that they took my number so that when food was ready they would text us.When food was ready we received the text from Cru Cellars. The beer was local and amazing. Amazing wheat beer to have with dinner. Then we had our food which included Cauliflower and chicken tenders. The food was hot and perfectly cooked. It felt like the food was freshly cooked. The buffalo cauliflower and chicken tenders were delicious and we loved the food.Amazing food to try from Cru Cellars.

Early for our table elsewhere in Armature works and needing a quick pregame with my friends before we get ready for the main course, I made a quick dash to Cru Cellars and placed an order. Easy pleasy as there was no queue and the man behind the bar was ready to key it in.A plastic cup beer and a plastic cup of wine in two hands while my order of cheese curds took a few minutes before my phone buzzed at me to pick up. For a small spot with only a dozen or so seats at the bar and a very tiny kitchen, they had a pretty good variety of wines (they have WINE FLIGHTS) and a few creative beers. My Funky Buddha (brewed over in Fort Lauderdale) was cold and tasty though I'd have preferred a real glass. Such is the limitations we have to deal with in a marketplace like this.Cheese curds were fresh and hot. A decent portion of fried white cheddar bites to share for $10 and with a small pot of jalapeno ranch that was quite tasty. They have bigger dishes and more foods but that was all we needed today. A great spot for a nibble.[Review 15814 overall - 1393 in Florida - 1318 of 2021.]

We love to come in for date night at this location. Service is always great and consistent in my opinion. The little area for Cru Cellars is off to the side and it feels more restaurant like than some of the other restaurants in this vicinity so you can have a more intimate experience if you choose to.. Seating is first come first serve..I love the selections available for wine and charcuterie. Parking can be pretty busy depending on when you come in and I have found that Wednesday nights are very low key and chill at Armature Works inside and parking wise. I know they have a few gluten free options such as the steak frites on the menu here. I would recommend this place for ladies night, date night, or Wine Wednesday!

Stopped in on a random Saturday afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised at what I found. Armature Works has a variety of restaurants and bars for everyone to enjoy. I chose Cru Cellars because I wanted to taste a few wines before heading off to explore Tampa. The Aren't You Sweet wine flight included a sweet red, moscato and riesling that were all tasty and right up my alley (when it comes to wines). If I'm ever back in Tampa I'll be sure to stop by Cru Cellars for a glass of wine (or two).

This review is for their TRUFFLE FRIES only. If you are dining here, these are a must order. The were perfectly crispy and perfectly seasoned. The truffle flavor was well balanced without it being too overpowering which is the case at so many restaurants. The portion was a good size. It was served with truffle aioli which was okay.

This is only place sell go cup wine for Armature Works. Many has come here for cup of wine. When I was sitting there, at least 8 customers has come to get their wine. Popular place. I think they are more successful than the one at McDill. The steak is good amount for the price paid. We have the sirloin steak. The steak was cook very well to the asking temperature. Meat quality is super. I would said like it. Now day at Armature can be easy spend that much of money per dish why not a good piece of steak. The food is good. I would give them better than average.

Got a quick to-go bite at Cru Cellars after kayaking. The service was super quick and the servers were all very friendly. The ambiance is also great.I got the chicken sandwich (comes with jalapeño ranch, bacon and French fries). The jalapeño ranch was phenomenal. I should've ordered more since it tasted delicious with the fries. Even for a to go meal, I felt the fries were still really crispy and fresh. However, my only one critique was that the chicken sandwich wasn't my favorite-- felt as if the bread was a bit hard and the chicken a bit rubbery and lacking flavor. Next time I come back I will just give another meal a try!

Food is over priced and smelled spoiled simply put. My visit to the restaurant was a truly sickening experience. The steak sandwich I received had an absolutely foul odor, and the taste was nothing short of nauseating. The only redeeming aspect was the decent quality of the fries. This restaurant needs a drastic overhaul to ensure that customers don't have to endure such a stomach-churning encounter in the future. Stay away

I waited 30 minutes for this meat and cheese "platter" to split with someone else. $20 and it's a light snack for my 7 year old. We ordered the same platter 2 months ago and there was way more to it. Service and quality have gone downhill.
