Crisp Waffle Company

Tried the classic latte while stopping in during Winter Pride. They were super friendly and welcoming during a busy day!

This is a must restaurant to visit when you're in St. Pete. Todi, one of the owners is sooo friendly. She has very high standards and it shows! You can buy sweet or savory waffles. We tried the Monte Cristo in the beach for savory and the strawberry extreme for sweet. There is indoor and outdoor seating and a cute mural on the wall with a love seat underneath. Make sure you visit next time you're in St. Pete.

So glad I got to try their new location in St.Pete. Their waffles are great and the owners are super friendly! I usually try the sweet options, the waffle bites are my favorite. I tried one of the savory waffles, the Egg Waffle Sandwich, this time. It could use a sauce or something, but otherwise it's tasty. Love the waffle-themed mural. There is seating inside and outside and there is plenty of parking on the street.

We came across this place completely by accident. We were meaning to go to a donut place on the same block but when we got there, they didn't have donuts.We spotted this place and went in because you can't really go wrong with waffles right? The place was very clean, had a couch in the corner and a few tables. They have both sweet and savory waffle options on the menu. I personally think it's a bit excessive to charge for every single topping especially since the toppings are pretty standard. They also had a selection of some pretty basic ice cream flavors. We got a waffle with a scoop of ice cream and a smoothie.The waffle was a bit flavorless and undercooked inside. The ice cream was good enough and the contrast between the cold ice cream and warm waffle was great. For $12, it really should've come with at least some whipped cream and a couple of basic toppings with an option to upgrade for premium toppings. The smoothie was nothing special. Overpriced for what it is.

The strawberry extreme with Nutella was AMAZING. It was the perfect size and amount of each topping. I visited them at a pop-up vendor location in Seminole Park & service there was perfect! I can't wait to visit their storefront to try more delectable options on the menu!

Cute little waffle shop now open in dtsp! They have plenty of inside and outdoor seating available and very dog friendly! The owners are very friendly and really enjoy conversing with their customers. There are lots of options on the menu from sweet or savory waffles, coffee and gelato! Truly something in the menu for everyone. Waffles are made to order and offer fresh toppings such as fresh cut strawberries. The waffles are quite filling as I could not finish one myself but I also had an açaí bowl which was excellent!

Checked out the latest addition to Central Avenue this afternoon!Staff are still training but everyone was very friendly. There is seating inside and outside, and luckily a well located shade tree. They offer a sweet and a savory menu. Today we ordered a Berry smoothie and the waffle bitesalthough we will be back for chicken and waffles soon! I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they use real fruit in all of their smoothies (rather than syrup or flavorings) which made me feel a lot better about ordering one for my 5-year-old. Everything is made fresh to order on-site and the waffle bites were crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. The side of whipped cream with cinnamon was perfect for waffle dipping, and my son decided to dip first into the cream and then into the syrup, which of course was delicious despite the questionable cross contamination. In a small but meaningful parenting victory, I successfully drew the line at his insistence on drinking the plastic ramekin of syrup at the end of the meal. #winning

You need to get to 2014 Central Ave before everyone finds out about Crisp Waffle Company. Open less than 30 days, I'm glad they toughed out the permitting process and remodel of their space to finally bring this great addition to the Grand Central area, near downtown St Pete. My Chicken & Waffle was crisp (duh) and very tasty. They offer Liege style waffles, using dough instead of batter. I wish Crisp Waffle Company all the best, and I'm looking forward to trying more treats from the menu.

Good coffee, you can add all your own sugars and sweeteners! Tons of food options on menu. Service was good.

Such a great spot! The waffles are PERFECT! I recommend coming here!!! Inside is so comfy and cute and staff is exceptional :)
