This is located inside of the Glazer JCC! It opened last July, and is open to both JCC members and non-members, though non-members have to sign in at the front desk. You can drive up to the gate and let them know you're coming in to the bakery, visit the front desk, and sign in to get directed to the cafe. They offer coffee, baked goods, some breakfast sandwiches, etc, and we loved everything we tried! It's fully Kosher of course, with authentic Israeli baked goods. I got the Jerusalem breakfast sandwich (bagel, fried egg, avocado, parm cheese) and it was toasted to perfection. I also tried my friend's pecan cinnamon roll, which we both LOVED - it was sweet, moist, and delicious. We also tried two flavors of babka, chocolate hazelnut and poppyseed. We both preferred the first one. It's cute inside, you can tell they wanted to make it an inviting place. Would definitely come back!

This bakery/cafe may not be the most straightforward to access since it's inside the JCC but it's definitely worth the trip. Once you enter the building you'll have to sign in and you'll be directed to the cafe which is by the pool. We've tried a few items and I absolutely love the chocolate babka and the Jerusalem bagels. They also have other baked goods but they're not always available on a daily basis. We also tried the shakshuka which had a nice kick and very filling. The dish is served with a side of Israeli salad and a delicious dressing to go with it, as well as bread and a drink for $19.99.

Located at the JCC off N Howard Ave. you'll have to let the guard know you're visiting the bakery & they will let you right in. Once you park, there is an intercom for visitors outside the side entrance doors. You'll need to sign in and show your ID. I asked for directions to the bakery and they kindly walked me there. The bakery is bright and has views of the pool. I was greeted with a friendly smile and they highlighted a few menu items for me to try. I got a cold brew which was refreshing and you can doctor it up yourself with sugar or sweetener. I tried the Israeli breakfast which came with 2 eggs (your way) sliced cheese, soft cheese, a whole bagel and a fresh Israeli salad. Everything was made to order (besides the baked goods) so came out hot and fresh. The breakfast platter was nice and filling. I particularly loved the salad. I also tried an array of bakery items which change week to week for the most part. My favorite was the warm blueberry muffin and chocolate chunk cookie. I would definitely recommend and return! Also-everything was kosher!

Anyways the cashier wouldn't even bring my food to the table, LOL, she called me instead so I go fetch itAnyways no one was here, I just don't understand why they couldn't bring to me. I am a patrón, here to buy abs enjoy their offerings. You won't see me here again that's for sure

Great food, but don't go there if you want friendly service OR if you are in any kind of a rush at all.
