Wow! The mango bingsu was da bomb! Where have you been all my life?!? Ive been meaning to stop by to try CdlC's ice cream because heard good things. But I didn't expect to be so wow'ed. Ok it's not cheap at $12 for the bowl but it could feed a family of say 2 or a couple like us who felt so fulfilled afterwards. The cup is cheaper at $9 but is missing the ice cream scoop, etc and I'm so glad I opted for the bowl. Shaved ice cream was so fluffy and blended well with the condensed milk / milk base. Add the popping bobas and ripe mango pieces that were sweet. Plus a scoop of vanilla ice cream with mango sauce drizzle. We thought it wasn't possible to finish but ... we proved ourselves wrong. The service was friendly and they even let us sample some new Green Thai Tea. Sofa chair was comfy and table with jenga or uno. We could just hang out here. Enjoy!

Craving something sweet, I decided to try Cream de la Cream for the first time. They offer rolled ice cream, a unique style I hadn't experienced before. We chose to build our own, and I was impressed by the generous amount of toppings included for the price--much more than what you'd typically get at other ice cream places.The ice cream we created was delicious, and overall, I'm really glad we gave it a try.

Absolutely delicious rolled ice cream! We did the build your own and there was such a great variety of toppings and flavor options. It was the perfect amount to share for two people. The shop is also decorated cute and has board games to enjoy while you eat your ice cream.

Tampa has rolled ice cream again!After 35 below closed, I despaired that we lost rolled ice cream in Tampa (the places in Ybor and by USF had similarly closed). Cream de la Cream is now filling in the niche, and it offers bubble tea, regular ice cream, and shaved ice too.The setting is cute, with a large courtyard outside, but also indoor seating complete with Jenga and Uno and Connect 4 to entertain the kids.My kids and husband all got rolled ice cream, and I got the mango shaved ice. The shaved ice serving was huge. The ice came out as tiny pellets rather than as thin ribbons, but it was still light and refreshing. It came out with lots of fresh mango and also mango popping boba, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and mango drizzle. I couldn't finish it. The rolled ice cream was also good. My husband declared it better than 35 Below.Prices are high, but rolled ice cream is a labor-intense dessert, so it's probably reasonable.

This place is a hidden gem where all the ice cream is made fresh and hand-rolled right in front of you. You get to pick your own flavor and customize it with a variety of delicious toppings.The staff here is so friendly! They've got fun games to keep you entertained while you wait. Great spot with the best freshest ice cream!

What a great treat in the Westshore Marina neighborhood. Having just moved to this area of Tampa, we were happy to discover another rolled ice cream place. The facility is clean, welcoming with lots of comfy seating and games (uno, checkers, etc.). The rolled ice cream is prepared in front of you with the option of choosing up to 3 toppings, which is the perfect amount. They allow your pups inside and even have non-dairy pup cups! Will definitely be back to try some of the many other flavors!

This new ice cream shop just opened up here in the neighborhood. It's run by two very lovely people and they're putting a lot of effort into establishing their business. Really great personalities. I had some cookies and creams ice cream with a variety of different topics and that was really nice. The place is surrounded by local businesses and sitting inside or outside feels nice.

I absolutely love this place! It is truly some of the best ice cream I've ever had. I love the variety of treats they have and that they offer dairy free options :)

Cream De La Cream has by far the most unique style of making ice cream in Tampa, Fl. Perfect place to take someone on a date and take advantage of the marina walk for a beautiful sunset.I consider them a speakeasy of ice cream! If you want to impress someone, take them here! The staff is lovely, plenty of sitting to play jenga, uno and other fun games. Very clean and enjoyable atmosphere.Good Energy.
