Great pizza!
This is their sign. They're on the western southbound frontage road (or whatever they're called) of US 19 in Largo/Clearwater.
Classix country Pizza special. Pepperoni, ham, salami, sausage, mushrooms, onion and green pepper.
So, the entry comes in at a diagonal. This side is where the buffet is. Menu folks are across the way. Mediterranean enough for you?
Plate 2: two types of pasta, sausage, and vegetables with a small cup of turkey avgolemono soup (nice that they feature soup and salad).
Plate 1: good romaine salad with feta and tomatoes along with a soft drink. I believe I paced myself with the baklava, which is "dessert."

I have enjoyed their unique style of pizza since the original "Country Pizza Inn" Clearwater location in the late 1970s.First of all, this is not NY-style pizza. I call it "Greek-style" pizza, as pizza joints with this type of crust always seem to have gyros and Greek salads on their menu. The crust is unique, with a thicker edge somewhat like Chicago deep dish. The sauce is excellent, the cheese is top-quality, and they are very generous with the toppings.I normally dislike sausage on pizza, but their crumbled sausage tastes homemade and is one of the highlights when I order their "Classic Country Pizza Special."This location is a bit off the beaten path and requires you to head South from East Bay Drive along the frontage road until you see the turn-in.I love all types of GREAT pizza and their unique style has been pleasing pizza fans since 1977.After 47 years of doing their type of pizza right, I am very thankful they are still around after their wonderful, original Clearwater location closed!

Have to downgrade to 2 stars...Got a pizza, and it's changed or it wasn't made right this time....The pizza crust was on the thinner side and there was way more cheese than crust...Also the cheese seemed kind of lower grade...I didn't stop eating because I was full...I stopped eating it because it just wasn't that good...Also I have reheated this pizza before in the past and it was fine, but due to the thin crust it heated very poorly and was basically inedible...The cheese had a weird texture to it...It was kind of gross to be honest...Also when I picked up my pizza the lady brought my pie to the counter and before she rung me up she opened the box fully ??? Why let all the heat out ?? I don't like giving bad ratings but I don't care to get this pizza again...Picture is from pizza after it had been in the fridge...You can see how thin the crust was compared to the cheese.

Food, the bread was really good. The pizza was good, not too much sauce which we liked but nothing to go crazy about. The pasta, too strong of a sauce and too much of it and meatballs were not good at all, the pasta it self was good. The cannoli was good. The ambience was good and clean. Service was good.

I was surprisingly impressed with this place. As a Buffalonian, we take out wings seriously. I never have high hopes for wings anywhere else, especially down South. These wings however proved me wrong. They were HUGE, sizzling hot, saucy yet crispy. They had blue cheese which was great as well. As for the pizza, it was a decent pie. The crust is nice and crispy, no complaints. Would definitely come back!

Okay this place came highly recommend. Ordered a bottle of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay was told it only came in a carafe....which means we will pour some cheap ass wine in a carafe and pretend it's Kendall Jackson ( I know it's not good wine anyway but that's all they had ). Ordered feta bruschetta and a medium pizza . 20 minutes later after listening to a raspy voiced cashier taking orders LOUDLY- " okay honey ... that will be 45 minutes etc ." We decided to leave . Paid for that wine .. we barely touched it and was not even acknowledged about our experience... the "manager" said that appetizer takes 15 minutes... after waiting 20 and sitting in a war zone ( the table behind us opened up the Parmesan cheese shaker and was using their fingers to eat the dust ) . Don't eat here .

Outstanding service the servers really work hard they are really nice. Parita's has a positive can do attitude shines. The food and pizza are wonderful and the chicken wings are my favorite. If you are hosting a small party they have a great back room the ambiance is nice and it is clean. This is a great place to for lunch or dinner. I've been here for lunch and dinner with friends here. I was really surprised and happy.

I have never dined inside here so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. But i have been getting take out from here for years. I just wanted to say thank for being delicious and consistent. I am from New Haven (the pizza capital) and this is the closest pizza I have been able to find that compares. Everyone is always nice when I pick up my food. I think I have only had an issue 1 time in years so that's a win! Will continue to come here !

As a 40+ year customer of the original and Largo location I am disappointed in the pizza the last year or so. The service is ok, on the slow side probably due to short staff but they are friendly and treat the customers great. The pizza crust, along with the bread, has changed and not as good as previous 40 years. The sauce and ingredients have not changed much and is still the best tasting around. Seems to me the crust is not as "flakey" as before "it was a french bread type" and bottom is burnt making it hard and tough. I would like to know what the difference is and see a change.I do not look forward to driving the 20 min. for pizza anymore. So sad!!
