We ordered Greek salad, spanakopita and appetizer of Doka. Also drafts beer, 2 for 1 all day. Limited selection (Bud, Shocktop or Amber bock) Service is slow, atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The Doka was unexpectedly tasty, the shredded pita added a lovely nutty flavor. The salads were a fantastic blend of lettuces and vegetables- the potato salad was nicely done- nothing especially overpowering in tastes.Spanakopita was the absolute piece de resistance- delicious blend of spice, lemon and cheese - At the end of the meal, I was happy and will definitely come back to Costas!

This is a long overdue review!!! We cycle a lot and Costa's has become our go to lunch spot towards the end of the ride. I have zero clue why this restaurant has such low yelp ratings... but I service can be brusque and it can be crowded. For optimal portions and service, try costas midweek. We noticed that weekend prep and portions were less stellar. Now the food! The Greek salad is stellar and so filling with the potato salad and healthy amount of feta. The grilled octopus is also to die for and family members raved about the bread and olive oil (I pass on this due to gluten). Portions are general and pricing is very reasonable. If you're in the mood for authentic Greek fare, look no further than

My family & I had a nice time visiting Costa's restaurant. We ordered a plethora of food and sat inside by the window. The restaurant itself is nicely designed and has a private parking lot for its guests which we appreciated. They do have outdoor seating as well. The inside feels a bit tight and it was unclear where the host stand was to find out where to sit.As far as the food, the saganaki was well prepared. The Greek salad was a generous portion and absolutely delicious. The moussaka was missing a bit of flavor but the dolomites and the gyro meat were fantastic. The service was alright but wished we had received a bit more attention. The drink specials are fantastic at this location as well. Especially the fact that a large pitcher of beer is $8.99. That should be noted as well. Thanks Costa's!

The best charred octopus and lemon potatoes!! Very good service too, the waitresses are always friendly. A plus is being able to leave your car in their parking lot while you roam around the village!

While it may not look as glamorous as some of the other restaurants in Tarpon springs, the value and quality here is easily as good as if not better than any of the others. Don't skip this place! Brought family here late and we were sat and catered to like we owned the place! Portions are great and food is excellent!

Costa's is a family-oriented restaurant located on the Sponge Docks. The welcoming staff greets you always with a smile and is very attentive. The menu has a variety of Greek foods and appetizers. The food is delicious, and the staff and atmosphere are inviting. Costa's is an excellent staple in Tarpon Springs.

This Octopus had to be the best and largest portion I've ever been served. Costas is a nice find off the beaten path of Dodacanse. The servers weee friendly, the service was quick and the pricing was fabulous for the serving sizes. Ps- buy the Greek seasoning they sell - it's to die for.

I'm not sure what's with the bad reviews. In my opinion, this is one of the best Greek (and more underrated) restaurants in Tarpon Springs. And as a Greek, I consider this high quality food! Our server was friendly and went above and beyond to check that we were satisfied. They have indoor seating as well as a couple of tables outdoors. My mom and I were intrigued by the 2 for $1 Sangria deal and gave these drinks a shot. The sangrias were fruity, fizzy, and refreshing. They weren't as strong on the alcohol as I would've expected, but it was fine.To start off, we ordered the Greek salad. Now here's an interesting fun fact: Greek salad in the Tampa/Tarpon Springs area is made with a hidden potato salad inside. So if you taste some potato salad, don't be surprised! My mom ordered the spanakopita. This was very hearty and had a generous amount of filling. For my main course, I ordered the grouper sandwich. Comes with fries and tartar sauce on the side. The grouper sandwich was delicious! This was served hot and the fish was cooked perfectly. Fries were good for pairing. Great food portioning. For dessert, we ordered the baklava and frappes. The baklava was fantastic! Perfect sweetness and layering of the filo. Tasted like what my mom would make. The frappe was similar to the ones I've had in Greece. All in all, I felt like I was back in Greece with this experience. Inexpensive food and I would definitely come back here when I'm in the area again :)

Wonderful Greek food. We had grouper, salad, and baklava. The portions were huge. We were the only customers in the dining room and the service was fantastic. Restaurant was clean and had a good ambiance.
