I wanted to give a shoutout to Corey's Bakery! We wanted a coconut cheesecake and he stepped it up by putting the cheesecake on the bottom and the cream pie on top! Absolutely delicious. This made my birthday so much better. This is our second pie from him and definitely won't be our last! Thank you COREY!

Our Huge water Theme birthday cake was Unbelievable !!! Once Again Corey did his Magic! Wish I had birthday every month... yummy!!! All of our friends and guests said the cake was the most deliciously memorable....We Still Talk about it!!! Truly unforgettable taste!

Corey made our wedding cake back in 2015, and let me tell you - NO cake has ever come close. I've been to big cities tasting some of the most well-known bakeries, but Corey's cake is still always my favorite. Corey made all completely custom flavors for our wedding cake - and all were incredibly delicious. He also completely nailed the design I wanted. Literally - the cake of my dreams! Oh, did I mention that Corey himself is just an absolute delight? He is a warm, friendly guy who truly cares for his customers. First day you meet him, he treats you like family.Now, it would be silly of me to do a review of an experience from nearly 6 years ago. It would be a little irrelevant. Good thing I can tell you I have had more recent experiences, and they have all been just as fabulous. We asked him last year for our 5th anniversary if he could recreate our wedding cake layers. I realized in the shuffle of everything that we only tried 1 layer of the 3 custom flavors we chose. He made 3 small versions of each layer, and they were all spectacular. And even more recently, my cousin just used him for her wedding cake. I have zero idea what the flavor was. I know she walked me through it, and my initial impression of the flavors they chose wasn't very good. Not like they were terrible, it was just personal preferences - flavors I typically don't like. I have NO idea what they placed in front of me last night, but all I can tell you is it was DELICIOUS. Corey has consistently made the best cake I've ever had for the past 6 years. Oh... I should add. My cousin asked for a naked cake, and he did a spectacular job. The cake was stunning.

My daughter and I went in for a tasting. The flavors were a feast for thetaste buds! And the atmosphere was right out of an episode of Bridgerton.We already have a plan for a special birthday cake with delicious flavors.

I really don't like sweets, I know that's weird to some people but I do love a few and a coconut cream pie is one of them. My husband found Corey's bakery and the reviews were awesome so for my birthday he ordered one and surprised me! When I tell you it's the best coconut cream pie would be a understatement.. Absolutely delicious.. Even with the delay because of the hurricane it was worth the wait! Awesome job

Cory recently provided the back and cupcakes for our wedding on May 4th 2024. Everyone loved the cake and cupcakes. Our expectations definitely exceeded!!

When you want something, that no one else has thought of, call Corey! When you want a flavor combination that is not on the "regular" menu, call Corey! If you want something you saw, but haven't found locally, call Corey! Are you sensing a pattern? I have had several cakes created by Corey, ALL were amazing, ALL were different, and ALL were delicious.Corey has the courage to go over and above what others would say no to, Corey says "sure, why not?"
