Firstly a very simple pastry/coffee shop. Keeping this in mind the workers are hard working and try to make everyone feel welcome! Colombian Strength Coffee and everything is made fresh. It is a unique place to hang out with friends.

Service was super fast and the food was amazing! The restaurant is located in a plaza with seating for 31. Roomy enough for service without bumping into other guests. Surprisingly the place was not busy at lunch time. I ordered ROPA Vieja and it was prepared perfectly. The rice and beans were at an excellent texture and it was accompanied with a boxed, but fresh salad with a balsamic dressing. Perfect for the meal. This was the lunch portion and was too much to eat at once for me! I forgot to mention the soft and sweet fried Plaintains! This went well with a double espresso to stave off the potential "Carbohydrate Coma" this great May induce in me! Thanks for the great food and service!!

I have been wanting to try this place and finally got the chance today. First off, everyone greeted me as I came in which was warm and inviting to me. The inside is clean and well laid out. I ordered several items as I have been excited to try them. I got the beef empanada, the spinach and cheese empanada, apple empanada, apple turnover, strawberry turnover, creme brûlée, cheese cake, and they threw in a free corn pudding for me to try. So far what I have eaten was delicious. I love the mini fruit empanadas and can't wait to try the cheesecake. All in all a really pleasant experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer. They also let me know that if they don't have it but can make it then all I have to do is call ahead and order it. How is that for customer service.

Great, friendly bakery with many options. Some are typical American pastries, some are unique to Puerto Rico. Everything was delicious. The apricot turnover was a favorite. Very vivid flavor. The orange bread was a little dry but lit up with butter and nicely orange. There were so many things to try, we have to go back! We have not tried breakfast, lunch savory items yet either.

BEWARE HUNGRY PEOPLE, for the price of the sandwiches they give you...you could EASILY make the same exact thing at home. The whole thing was giving me front vibes. I hate the speak poorly of a local establishment. But when you spend $20 bucks on sandwiches you want some effort, something interesting. It wasn't even bland, it was a sad sandwich. The bakery portion wasn't as bad. Yet the prices are kinda silly. If you have to come here, eat a peach turnover. It was above average, good luck!

Tried to find a small different place one day and I am glad that I did. Portions could have been a little bigger but the food was cooked with care and love and that is why most of us like to eat.

The bakery here is excellent! My husband and I tried the empanadas and a few of the pastries- all were excellent. Even tried a English Muffin which I usually find dry and gross, but here it was a soft airy delight. It's a very unassuming place but it's worth a visit. The baker is a culinary artist.

This is a great spot, we stopped in Haines City on our way to Orlando and my wife was craving some pastries. The Owner is great and even opened late to take care of us. We got some food (Ropa Vieja), Cake and some of their Turnovers which were amazing. Everything was fresh and the food tasted home made.
